Its hard to top a lot of those early King movies, as the memories I have of them are so strong. The latest " It " adaptation is just brilliant, I always thought the original was flawed when they showed the creature. As it was silly looking. I loved the book " Doctor Sleep ", and was surprised how well the movie turned out.The newer series of " The Stand " I found enjoyable, the publicity with Amber Heard sort of overshadowed it unfortunately. I think there was a " Mr Mercedes " series which i missed. The Kubrick "The Shining " is number one for me. Nice ranking Marty🪓🪓🪓

Very cool to see Vendetta in your picks, they´re from my area. Singer/Guitarrist Mickey has a new band called Brain Dead (go figure, hehe...) and they´re still playing the old Vendetta songs. Necrophobic, also great! Tobbe and Sterner are friends of mine since the late 90s. We´ve known each other from a beerdrinking contest with Malevolent Creation, hahahaha.... WE WON!!!

Is that book of dead a dvd set or just a prop? Love your collection

Top stuff chief, I've still yet to check out the new 200 Stab wounds. Only just got on board with their previous effort. Mortician re-issues are great and i must try that As in Hell again as i wasn't sold on it. I'm a big fan of the early Volbeat albums, latter ones I can see why metal fans get the hump with them haha. Quality as always mate.

Awesome you got Pray For War! Bitchin' Mortician album that. Three On A Meathook is my favourite of their tracks! I slept on that As In Hell album for some reason... Morta Skuld are killer. Not heard that one though. Wasn't too impressed with 200 Stab Wounds, dunno why... Interesting that last record. Great. Video Marty!

First of all, EXCELLENT t-shirt. I have the same one! 😂 Congratulations on completing your vinyl Virus collection. And thanks again for the CD boxset. Fret not, I am waiting patiently! Mortician are one I've never dug very deep into, but I do like what I've heard. I still need to get my ears around Asinhell, too. I've heard many good things. The new Morta Skuld is decent, but I can't say it exactly blew me away. Great artwork, though, and I need to revisit it at some point. Great video Marty. Iron Fortress do release a lot of good stuff for the moment. Never been a fan of Mortician, tried a couple of times, but don't click with me. Asinhell is awesome, and always loved Marc Grewe's vocals. Morta Skuld, still going strong, although the early albums are the best ones. Did not care much for the first 200 Stab Wounds, but the new one is ace. Cheers. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Excellent pick ups here Marty mate! I gave 200 stab wounds a swerve for some reason then the beast told me to sort my life out and I did and wow blew me away ace release. The Asinhell Lp is one of the best debut albums I’ve heard in years just incredible there are some good videos with poulsen explaining how he started the project up on yourube. Top stuff mate 🤘🏻

Hi Marty, great to see ya mate! The art on that Morta Skuld is beezer. Think my first time hearing Mortician was in a wee car, with 4 other peeps, racing across Scotland to try and make the ferrie home. My mate had it blasting to keep himself awake as he was driving. He had a class stereo set up and it was seriously thumpin'...and an experience haha! Looking forward to the nxt vids mate.Nice shirt! Cheers!

I just had Morta Skuld´s debut on in the car yesterday. It´s still my fave by them. Asinhell for me is one of the best Death Metal albums of the last decade. At first I didn´t even bother to listen to it, hahaha... Have a good weekend!

Really enjoy these videos. My favorite Stephen King film is Stand By Me. My favorite horror from him would probably be the IT remake. Theres so many ive to watch.

So many I haven't ever heard of in this lot 😮 Hahaha The Mangler made me laugh 😂 got a feeling I've seen the 2nd one but I have no recollection of that one. Cujo is one I could do with watching again. I always wanted to watch the series of The Stand. I love The Green Mile regardless of how long that mile takes to watch 😅. I've got to check out Doctor Sleep although I may have seen it? The Mist is fantastic but the ending..... Nooooo! 😢 Just thinking about Misery gives me the chills as I can't unforget the hammer 🦶🏻🔨😖

Prince of Darkness has some funny moments 😂 I honestly didn't realise how many movies he'd done! Good "Thing" about most of these are they're on the telly from time to time 😅. The Fog really scared me as a kid too 😂 and it still holds up today! I know I could easily find out for myself but I know you'd know so, who directed From Beyond? That's one of my favourite horrors, my friend had a birthday party for his 11th birthday or roundabouts and I saw my first 2 proper horror films that being one and Nightmare on Elmstreet Dream Warriors 😮 Got to say your collections are insanely good! 🤘🏻

Really glad to see movie content back on your channel, and I hope it's not JUST for October! Stephen King adaptations are definitely hit or miss, as mentioned, but there's an absolute abundance of great ones. Personally I didn't really rate 1408, but maybe I should give it another go. On the other hand, I only watched 11.22.63 about a year or so back, but, I have to say, it was absolutely brilliant, IMO. Can't argue with your top ten, other than perhaps the lack of The Green Mile, and also the position of Shawshank, but I can understand your reasoning on both! My top 5 would probably be: 5. Misery 4. IT Chapter One (Remake) 3. The Green Mile 2. The Shawshank Redemption 1. The Shining Cheers! 🤘

You can't go wrong with a John Carpenter flick! Hard to believe the same guy made so many classics. All of these mentioned, certainly the actual Top 10, are true greats! I'm looking forward to seeing what else you have in store for these lists. Cheers! 🤘

Hi Marty!!! Another awesome movie collection and hard to believe how many movies have been adapted from Stephen King's work and the cool thing is that he also had great non-horror stuff like "Stand bt Me" "The Green Mile" and the "Shawshank......", i think that makes his work even better

Dolores Claiborne is a cracker as is Misery ..... 'you dirty bird' lol . Both the original '89 and 2019 Pet Sematary are fantastic too . Some of the magic of the Stephen King novels gets lost in translation when made into a movie . Cheers Marty , great video mate .
