The UNLEASH video is about how a Small Pigeon rallied a band of maids who launched a campaign for World Domination. But just as all the pieces were falling in place, including a scheduled high-profile “one-man” concert at Budokan, the pandemic cast a dark shadow across the globe, scuttling BAND-MAID’s plans. But the MAIDS were not deterred. They launched a new campaign, using the Internet to stay in touch with their fans and to win new ones, posting on UA-cam songs from concert films, supporting the work of reaction channels, creating special video content for their fan club, and producing several online concerts. When things returned to normal, the band emerged stronger than ever, performing live again, and embarking on a year-long Tenth Anniversary Tour which brought them to the U.S. twice, including a set at LOLLAPALOOZA, and wrapping up finally in November 2023, at YOKOHAMA ARENA. They’ve been busy in 2024, as well, with concerts throughout, another anime theme (PROTECT YOU) and collaborations with INCUBUS (BESTIE) and THE WARNING (SHOW THEM.

Every member in XG stands out on their own which is very rare for a group. To be able to pull off that kind of choreography for your debut song already let people know that XG was indeed about to wreck the game. Next year when they perform at Coachella is when more people will get introduced to XG and discover that this group is at the top vocally, rapping and dancing wise. Plus is able to steal the show with their live performances due to te fact all of them are all-rounders that can sing, rap and dance.

ONE OK ROCK just posted a new live performance of Make it out Alive from their recent concert in Kaohsiung. This performance is on a whole other level because of the rain. Only OOR could put on a 2+ hour concert in the pouring rain and keep a crowd of 60k people hyped for the entire show, making it like no other concert. I look forward to your next OOR reaction.
