I met you at the Stitch Bug for the first stitch-in they had at the new store. It is nice to see your video. I did not have time to talk to you about the retreat so it is especially nice to hear your recap. I finished the small piece I started that day. It is called Happy Harvest so now I am in a fall, autumn, Halloween mood from Christmas.

Hey Julia!! 👋🏻. Congratulations on your new job. I love your outlook on hospice care 🥰. PEACOCK CYPHER LOOKS AMAZING!! And of course the HATS sampler is worthy of silk! 😂. My favorite pattern I’ve seen from Market is This is the Day by Plum Street. So cheery. I’d love to stitch it and put in my daughter’s bathroom because she is a grouch EVERY MORNING 😂😂

Was looking forward to a new one from you and you did not disappoint! Loved all your WIPs and fabrics. I did a few years of nights when I first started nursing 25 years ago and it completely messes with your body and sleep cycle. There are pros and cons because you never are doing things when everyone else is so no line ups or crowds etc. Fingers crossed that you get to switch at last to days.

First of all Thank You for your service in this time of devastation. I can't imagine being in the medical field in these days. I am retired now but used to be a phlebotomist.....hence the stitching...lol... Stitching probably gives you some peace.

For your house problem can you not just make the band go south at the point where it is & go below the house....maybe add more motifs below that fab peacock etc & see how adjusting the band might work...I use those same project bags....Love you can see through them...M.H.

I agree that planning is a good thing for projects, but also improvising is good too! I have been switching out various threads where it makes sense and I am quite proud of my stash diving.... oh I have done my fair of hauling as well!!
