Peace 7!
Good info ! In what doses though?
Peace, these natural organic powders/herbs don’t have definitive doses however 300-400 mg is what I been using for years.
🔥
Peace, salute 🫡
Peace GOD
😂
I usually would just put on the burners and leave the situation.
That’s terrible advice to save a life tbh. U telling a woman go learn a proper jab cross combo, is going to save their life? lol no. It is a good thing to learn but that’s not gon save nobody life tbh. Me personally I’d tell a woman if u need to save ur life from a male attacker you need a gun, if u can’t get a gun u need to either take a groin or inside the knee kick ( the easiest way to break a joint is to cross it) and get the fuck outta there. Standing toe to toe with a bigger opponent WILL NOT SAVE UR LIFE. I repeat do not take this man’s advice it will not end up good for you…. Stop giving advice you clearly don’t know what you talking about. Sincerely me (black belt who competed in the 96 Olympics for tae kwon do ex military current private contractor.)
nice bro you should bring your front foot back towards the bench to get more knee over toe flection to work the quad more instead of the glues
Peace, your absolutely right. I modify the movement due to compromised knees. But your advice is correct. Thank you sir
If people tell you 52 blocks won't work and that a real boxer would mess you up, point them to archie or yoel but I'm sure you know that. Imagine if boxing rules didn't restrain archie, that's what 52 would look like. This is a dark world where we're constantly forced to adapt and God's children had to change their strategy. People whom never honed their survival insticts will never understand that we manual learned our bodily anatomy through reality's meat grinder. 52 blocks and alike was forged in the fires of devilish forces trying to prey on the weak
Do you think the rotisserie chicken from Costco is a good choice for a low fat diet?
Yes indeed. Eat the white meat without the skin. You’ll be good to go
Peace God. If my doctor recommended a low fat diet what tips do you have to help me start a low fat diet?
Peace Almighty, I posted a low fat build just from your query. Do the knowledge.
Wise words!!
Salute 🫡
Peace. Are you part of Allahs Nation?
Peace, Allah's 5% Nation, yes indeed.

I love carbs 😅❤ nice cigar mate
Peace, carbs are good! 👍🏾 nice smoke too
I tell people that 52 blocks work because the defensive styles naturally forms when you go through multiple fights either winning or losing them. I've only fought people bigger and taller all my life, so when I flailed my arms trying to block their long reach, one hit my elbow and that stopped the fight immediately.
Peace King, yes indeed. People seem to get caught up in styles and vilifying others. 52 is the perfect foundation for me. I add other methods on top of it. Thank you for the support
Peace!
Peace
Peace GOD.Tahke'Allah
52 looks cringy like Kung fu it works but looks funny af because real application is diferent
You not that good it's OK...
Thanks for the wisdom! Peace
Slamming the forearms together also helps with conditioning the bones over time, which is necessary in martial arts. A lot of blocks are in equal parts strikes, once your limbs are dense.
Keep up the motivation. Love the content.
Peace GOD!Keep making knowledge Born

Speaking the truth!
That's why weed and gym dident get good together 😂
weed AFTER
Peace God
bro skipped ALL the leg days
Peace!
Peace!
Genuine question, well possibly two. First, is that a bench press in the first vid? If so, why are you standing on it?
Peace, appreciate the question, it’s a deadlift rack podium. About a foot off the ground. Legitimately designed that way. Thank you
I like how you keep it real.
Peace, yes indeed. Real is often portrayed as tough. Though there is place for such aggression, I’ll argue keeping it real doesn’t always benefit you. Real is transparent. Being my authentic self is my only concern. Peace. Thank you for the support
Why do I feel like martial artists (and most athletes) should know this? I don't even play football, but think I might incorporate this drill
Peace, athleticism, motor units, fast twitch, eyes hand coordination. This is definitely beneficial in the arts! Thank you for the support.
and since we talkn decorum u might wanna chill with the 52 vids if u gonna make em in ur living room in ur polo boxers, have more respect for 52 blocks
ur footwork is off balance and ur not able to maximize ur power, if i were u i would take some dance lessons,i think sparring would improve ur understanding and ur explanations since ur trying to teach techniques
Very powerful. Thank you
Thought i knew this. Thought i said this. Needed to hear this. Wasnt living it. Thank you. God bless you.
Peace
I still can bench 315 for 7 reps at 50....... plus 20" arms, had 22" when I was 23..........
Peace GOD
What up sun peace peace
It not only does increase testosterone but it rebuilds abd strengthen s yiur sexual organs
Yes indeed. Tongkat Ali is the truth. Also try ashwagandha and maca root. I mix these powders in black coffee. Peace
I personally think its not good id rather take a herbal testosterone supplement like tongalat Ali or gohksura powder
Yoel Romero and Anderson Silva used it in the ring
Peace God.Appreciate the demonstrations.Gives me more ideas.
Peace Almighty. Let’s work!
Thanks For Sharing Bro👊🥋🤜🤛, that's an easy one follow
