    That’s terrible advice to save a life tbh. U telling a woman go learn a proper jab cross combo, is going to save their life? lol no. It is a good thing to learn but that’s not gon save nobody life tbh. Me personally I’d tell a woman if u need to save ur life from a male attacker you need a gun, if u can’t get a gun u need to either take a groin or inside the knee kick ( the easiest way to break a joint is to cross it) and get the fuck outta there. Standing toe to toe with a bigger opponent WILL NOT SAVE UR LIFE. I repeat do not take this man’s advice it will not end up good for you…. Stop giving advice you clearly don’t know what you talking about. Sincerely me (black belt who competed in the 96 Olympics for tae kwon do ex military current private contractor.)

    If people tell you 52 blocks won't work and that a real boxer would mess you up, point them to archie or yoel but I'm sure you know that. Imagine if boxing rules didn't restrain archie, that's what 52 would look like. This is a dark world where we're constantly forced to adapt and God's children had to change their strategy. People whom never honed their survival insticts will never understand that we manual learned our bodily anatomy through reality's meat grinder. 52 blocks and alike was forged in the fires of devilish forces trying to prey on the weak

    I tell people that 52 blocks work because the defensive styles naturally forms when you go through multiple fights either winning or losing them. I've only fought people bigger and taller all my life, so when I flailed my arms trying to block their long reach, one hit my elbow and that stopped the fight immediately.

    • @infinite7fit741
      @infinite7fit741 Місяць тому

      Peace King, yes indeed. People seem to get caught up in styles and vilifying others. 52 is the perfect foundation for me. I add other methods on top of it. Thank you for the support

    Slamming the forearms together also helps with conditioning the bones over time, which is necessary in martial arts. A lot of blocks are in equal parts strikes, once your limbs are dense.

    Genuine question, well possibly two. First, is that a bench press in the first vid? If so, why are you standing on it?
