I'm going an episode a day rewatch of the whole show. This episode marks the first direct interaction between Raven and Nevar (outside of the opening credits) and the first time Nevar is a direct obstacle outside of The Last Stand. I also like how, as the programme leans into Nevar as an all conquering evil rather then the guardian of the portal we're seeing more skulls and dark symbolism in the landscape. So many good little details on this show!!

I love Raven’s little smirk whenever a contestant successfully completes the Wizard’s Tower dragon’s blood challenge.

I love how compassionate Raven sounds when he asks the girl if she wants him to zap her down rather than make the jump. He then says how brave she was for making the climb at all.

"It is the end and the moment has been prepared for." Is that a Doctor Who reference on Raven?!

I met the actor who played raven a month ago,it was amazing and he was a lovely person he even said welcome young warrior 😁😍

Wow, what a throwback watching these. I remember watching this as a kid and rooting for Hanso all the way through, especially in the final week with her being the only girl. Watching it again now though, Kesem is another highlight with her undying positivity
