these are not the same level .In this price range , you will get Yamaha F310 without Pre-amp . If you need Pre-amp at this price range you should choice SAGA
Very good demo. Bought mine couple of days ago. Black color. The neck shape (rounded V) is not to my liking, but I'm getting used to it. Nice sound with gobs of mids.

do you think the FGX830C (electronic cutaway version) sounds brighter than the warming FG830 tone ? I feel I'm scared buying cutaway version. Plus a good soundhole pickup paired with FG830 could be the perfect match ? I mainly will be plugged into a PA system if I play live, what would you recommend ?
All the full shape guitars are better in sound for all time . You should use good quality soundhole pickup if you don't play higher notes on guitar .That's will be the best result for you

sounds so lush and full. the fg800 punches well above its price point. I literally just bought a fg800j. Very excited to hear it in person. Thanks friend.

For me , F310 is better loudness , but at material side CSF1M is better , Solid top and Mahogany Back /Side . Which is better for durability and sound . If you want to upgrade that will be good choice

Just got mine,love it plays like butter and is soooo good sounding,I have a L28 Larrivee i bought new in 1979.Its a cannon ,plays great but the Yamaha really shines,NOT sorry i bought.
