I had the same issue. I cut away the corroded bolts, and refastened the heat Shields and the rattle is gone.

When I used dual vesc in ros, there was a collision between the dual vesc. Currently, I copy one of the vesc nodes and create and use the vesc2 node. By any chance, how could you control dual vesc?

I do wish that it came with an optional parnerello to make the frothing a little easier for those that don't know how to use a frother. That bieng said it just takes a little practice to learn the technique. Produces a nice dry Puck once you get the grind right. Check if the o-ring in the brew unit (the part that holds the capsule) is worn out. Mine had become flat and tired and putting in a new one solved the problem. You cannot buy one as a standard spare ... just buy one from your local hardware store or online - mine was 22mm inner diameter and 2mm thick - get an o-ring that is tolerant of heat

I used a toothbrush and scrubbed against where the pod gets pierced, and it dislodged a truck load of coffee chunks, I scrubbed it maybe 10 times until the toothbrush was coming away clean. I also blew up the outlet to try and push any lodged grounds back out... did another descaling and viola... yummy coffee's again

Its the o-rings on the high pressure lines - happen in two places easily fixed just bad design!
