It seems like a juice cleanse is just a marketing tool to sell a lot of juice to people who wouldn't normally drink that much juice. Personally, I would prefer a chocolate milk cleanse.

I've never tried K-Dinner in the tub. But here is a great way to "improved" Kraft Dinner in the box - any of the flavours you prefer. Make as usual: In a 1.5-litre pot, bring 1-litre of water to a boil. NEW - add 250 to 300g frozen Peas (about 1/3 of a small bag). Boil 3-minutes, then add K-Dinner noodles. When noodles are as soft as you like, finish just like always. Note this will change the flavour, get the kids to eat vegies (and those sneaky peas that try to run away) and only take 3-minutes longer. For some reason it does not work with mixed vegies (could be the corn) and with beans the texture differnce is noticable.

I don’t know everything needs an exposed video, yes it’s a lot of sodium but they are not hiding that information and can choose something else if it doesn’t match your dietary requirements.

FYI- There are people that need the extra salt in their diet to stay healthy.

Going to watch it later but if the only problem is the salt then it's not much of a big deal. Most people are eating more salt than people think and our bodies can handle it. You body will get rid of excess amounts.

Fast food in a homemade package. more than 1000 mg of sodium for like, 800 calories as a small snack is crazy.

What/how were the options for vegeterians? Do they cook eggs for vegeterian seperate from meat? Was things labelled as vegeterian?

I just came back from ocean riviera paradise it was a disaster. Disaster Disaster. I always book priviledge, the butler was OK. The service were not great, waited all day long for room service, answer the phones, hung up. Was sick, just call in for food. No food delivered. No balcony lights alll wk. No hot water, no bar fillups you hv to ask. Phone in room wasn't working. Lot out all day, keys for the rooms weren't working. Had to go back and forth to the priviledge lounge yet it never fixed. No bottle wine or beach bags was offer, you have to ask for it. Had to have the butler call to change the lock battery. No towels and leakage in the hotel room. Call 3x for wake up time. It wasn't done. So disappointed. Myself and husband travel frequently 4x per year. Went to all the oceans this was the worst. Neverless the hotel is beautiful, not a food lover skip many meals. When you ask for help they don't know, making excuses.. Never again I recommended this hotel to anyone. If I like tge hotel I always go bavk again, this Never. I paid for priviledge didn't get the service required. Neverever again.

Crispy Delight is my favourite. I stock up by the handfuls every few weeks. They probably think I'm buying for a party...no, just for me. Great price. Hope it doesn't go up like chocolate is again and again.

I always book priviledge, but having the butler it's a waste. At the end if my trip he came to see me off, didn't give him nothing. They don't do anything for y. For example 1yrs ago I went to haven, very besutiful hotel. Everything is great, very expensive for 1wk. But the butler sucks. I am going to ocean paradise in a wks time. Book priviledge, tks for the tips Myself and husband travel frequent inclusive love it. But we carefully choose our hotel.

That's a straight blunt review on figs ... Anyways we soak 3 to 5 figs in water with 5 to 7 almonds ... overnight and in breakfast we start with this treat ... drink its water juice ... Such a good treatment for constipated stomach.... 😅😊

I wonder if anyone has tried True Nutrition. You can formulate your own protein powders in either whey or vegan powders. Lots of options, and the price is extremely affordable. Im seeking a vegan protein powder. I have tried the LeanFit and Vega Sport. Both are okay. I prefer the vega as l use non dairy and berries in my shakes. Im trying to formulate a good taste that would surpass Vega with True Nutrition.

I thought the same of Ugali which was very prevalent in Tanzania/Malawi (I believe). But I had delicious food there as well. Please change the title to Egusi as opposed to saying Nigerian 'single food'. As soupereagle mentions, there are plenty of disgusting foods around the world.
