Don't trust Paranjape Schemes builders at all. I stay in 'Happiness Hub' township scheme constructed by Paranjape. And condition here is very worst. There is no water at all, builder has not given proper water supply neither for domestic purposes and neither for drinking. We are running an andolan against Paranjape Schemes please support us. They have done lot of frauds, to sell these flats. There are no amenities, no security and lot of problems. Dont take flat in Happiness Hub and Samara Hills. There is lot of politics done by the builder, if you want to confirm then you can ask any resident of Happiness Hub. #boycottParanjapeSchemes #boycottPSC #giveusjustice

Do not get impressed by the advertisement.Just don't believe have actual contacts of the residents living in phase I.Most of them are vacant and new project is long waiting to actual livable.Think 100 times before investing

Paranjape Trident tower Hinjewadi Pune scheme is delayed, no possession, flat owners are in trouble. Dont go for this.

For a single senior citizen, it will be affordable, if it is small also, but if the cost is less

Commitment level is not good for Forestrail Highland Projects. They will do multiple follow-ups untill you do 1st deal. Once you sign the agreement, they will treat customer like a strangers. Their internal staff is not capable to revert back to customers query. Possession date as given Dec 2022. However, still not much development since last 1.6 years. We have to do multiple follow-ups. And they keep changing banks who are raising funds and staffs who are dealing with you for your flat. That's my experience which i would like to share with all of you.

I Booked flat in trident tower wakad in 2017. As of now in April 2023 still waiting for possession.

Pros: Spacious, clean and well maintained. Construction is of good quality. No water and power cuts. Management is good and cooperative. Shops, medical facilities, banks/ATMs, schools located nearby. Cons: Majority of the occupants are youngsters working in the IT park nearby. Late night parties, loud music, smoking in the building corridor, etc. is a daily affair here. If you request them politely not to disturb other residents, they talk back arrogantly.

What about Trident ? booked in 2017 & still 50% work..

Booked flat in PSCL Trident wakad project in may 2018 but construction progress is very slow and work almost stopped in last 3-4 months , uptill now only parking constructed till 3rd floor, looking at this it is evident that project will not be handed over on comitted completion target of may 2023.

@Amit ,as we book in Flat in 2018 till the date your only able to build 3 parking floor ….also your not able to stick with your words too…

@ParanjpeSchemes, this builder has no credibility left now. Booked a home in Trident Towers project in 2018. Till now only 3 parking floors are completed that too 3rd is in progress since last 3-4 months. I am loosing my hard earned money with no sign of possession!!

Is it available now please cost of two bedrooms or one bedroom for mother and daughter.

Pune's townships are of.international level. But Pune city is not yet so developed. No towers on roadsides!
