Hey how’s it going, so a while back I had this same code on my 1.8 z18xe astra from the same year as this Zafira. Wondering if I’ve understood your correctly… basically you’ve cleaned out a blockage of carbon build up from the manifold / cat converter ? As I say I had the code but now it’s gone, however there’s still a misfire around 60-70KPH in 4th. Any advice / clarification is appreciated 👍🏻

I think this vehicle uses an oil sensor on the oil pan by the crank pulley and the oil message (in words) shows up on the instrument cluster. It may not have a dedicated bulb.

Four coil packs per side = probably not a V6. Good news is that access on the V& is easier than on the V8 in the video.

Looks like secondary chain is broken off and dropped down into the engine. Can u find all the pieces? To replace the VVT gear and install new chain, do u have to remove the front cover? Any bent valves meaning is the engine an interference one?
