Can i get the only controller in India?plzz help
Is there a place to buy the board? This board looks to have burnt in the middle.
Off hand I don't know of any.
WHERE did you buy a $100 Mystery box from???
smallerlots.com
Where you say u can get a battery 🔋 from
My paper went in the wrong way and is wrapped around the roller. How do I get it out?
We need a closer view of what you are doing. This does not help.
thx for doing this
This is dangerous the thermal cut out fuse must be exactly the same as the original and match the temperature and amp rating of the original part or the blanket could catch fire. Its very important that the same rated temperature is the same or the blanket will over heat and catch fire and there is no mention of that which i think is extremely dangerous, people sleep on these blankets just somthing to think about before anyone attempts this you dont wanna burn in your sleep this guy didnt leave the blanket on long enough or do a temperature check so theres no proof this blanket actually works properly.
I guess if the damage is in the heating element, it can't be fixed, right? I'm saying this cause all the videos I've seen they all fix the switch/power supply circuit, but no one checks the elements. And mine was broken when I moved it from one place, to another, so it's most probably the elements.
yes, it not worth fixing even if you could fix it. This will make it unsafe to use.
You initially called it a "thermal fuse" / "thermal cutoff" which is likely correct. Then you repeatedly called it a "thermistor" which is a totally different type of component and likely incorrect.
What's the part number
It's been a long time, I don't remember sorry.
electric blanket controller resistors keep blowing up even after replacing the cut off fuse. What's the problem?
Sounds like you have a short on the board.
I think Liquidation and Direct Liquidations are the biggest cons in this industry.
I check the voltage output it's has 34v dc
Sir what is exactly voltage output going pass to the blanket it's not getting heat.what is the problem?
Thanks for the video, especially the part about heat sinking the thermal fuse before soldering. I blew my first thermal fuse trying to solder it. Then used an alligator clip to heat sink on the second fuse and that worked. Although unfortunately my controller has other issues because it only worked for a few seconds before going TU again.
I don't think the thermal cut-off would have blown, it would most likely would be a fuse.
Would either one of those fuses blow as a result of the cord being cut?
If it was plugged in then yes for the fuse not the thermal most likely . If not plugged in then no.
link to the replacement battery are: www.rc-helicopter-spare-parts-online.com/aosenma-cg036-rc-drone-spare-parts-111v-2500mah-battery-p-30519.html
Holy ****, thanks for that link. These batteries are hard to find!
Tried everything keeps blinking
try to bring it back to the store or get ahold of the company, customer service, wish ya luck sis !!
Are you disappointed???
No I am still getting use to Amazon Returns,
This was a pretty good box, and I like the variety of items.
It was a good box. I enjoy opening mystery boxes.
Had a throw size given to me, but it quit after 2-3 uses. Found a small burn hole, hot ash, cigarette maybe, that had melted one side of inside wire. Not sure if bad spot can be cut off & reattached, then covered w/electric tape or a wire cap? Not much knowledge of fixing electric items. Have fixed a few electric wiring, such as speakers, cords, etc. Not sure if this would be worth the effort/trouble &/or if safety issues? Only used it outside, while burning items in burn barrel. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for vid.
Where on the cable is it burn? Next to the plug or the blanket itself?
"Allright"

That blanket must be soft the way he touching it
YA CAN,T BLAMR HIM SIS , WE GUYS LIKE SOFT THINGS, AND BABIES TOO , EVEN BUNNIES , BLESSINGS TO YOU AS WELL !!...PS: I ALSO LIKE CHOCOLATE BUNNIES !!!
What do I do if my pad doesn't have any screwdriver hole things
It should have screws. They are usually hidden under rubber pegs Or it could be a snap on case. I would need more info on your case.
Mine as well.
@@lesleypetersen805 Who is the manufacturer and model of the unit? so I can see if I can help you out.
@@coyotekey192 hi, I just saw this now. I have to check it later on, I'm not at home now. I'd they'd any other way that I can communicate with you please?
Found mine under a sticker. Depending on multiple factors (such as age, manufacturer etc.), removing the sticker might void warranty.
Should tell us the setting to put multimeter on to test for bad fuse, or to then check the good replacement (which is the ->+ sign, ...I think ?). Learned a few good things from this. The guy knows what he's doing, but the step by step descriptions and visuals are a bit vague. How to test the actual blanket for a short is not included in this.
You shouldn't be opening a mains operated unit if you don't know how to check a fuse with a multimeter.
This video realy wasn't a lot of use. There was nothing to see of the board from 3 feet away.
Thank you for the info. I'll make sure I set my camera closer next time I do something like that again.
You can actually expand video on UA-cam maybe something new since you wrote this
The camera did now show... what was the resistance of the blanket you got? I think mine was 7 ohms if I recall... I can't believe anyone would post complaining or pointing out that this is a video for the control vs blanket. Like they never fixed their ____________ (fill in that blank, tire, battery, alternator, for example) and said "I fixed my car". It is commonly understood you fixed the blanket. The details reveal what part of the blanket, just like the example of the car.
Thank you for the commit.
This isn't for the blanket it's for the controller but thanks tho
Thanks for the reply, I added controller to the title.
@@coyotekey192 you can get me the money 💰 and your order and order for you for your time card if I have to buy something to pay 💰 or pay 💰 pay 💰 iiiiiiiiiiiiii So p
This is not a fix for the blanket its a fix for the controller! But I give you marks for checking the continuity first. Thx
Thank you for the input...
How dies one test the blanket please
I took it that it was the controller, rather than the material blanket.
I know the seller wants to make money, but they really made money on that. The Dr. Who...at a 9.4, you can buy a raw 9.4 copy for $10. The other slabbed book...the Deadpool...another $10 book which along with the Dr. Who should have NEVER been slabbed. Complete waste of money whoever got them slabbed originally. The Avengers...don't know the issue nor the grade. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess it's a rough copy of whatever it is...and say $15. The rest of the books....50 cent and $1 box stuff...but wouldn't get paid that in the group...about a nickel each. My suggestion is: Buy single books. Mystery boxes are always....ALWAYS...someone's crap they want to con off onto someone else. ONLY BUY what you can pretty much see....and even then, be sure to get great pictures.
Thank you for the update. That's OK because I did not have them in my collection. For me it was a good buy. Now on ebay I see that Doctor Who slab CGC graded at 9.6 went for $44.95 plus shipping. Since, I only paid $40.00 for that mystery box I made my money back easy. Deadpool CGC 9.6 I see it sold on ebay for $14.50 plus $15.05 for shipping. For major comics I normally get them from the Comic book shops. But that said I like the mystery in these mystery boxes. Thank you for the comments.
Silverback comics is one of my good friends for the past 15 years he is a outstanding individual and business owner. Thanks for reviewing him and showing some love man!
Thanks for watching! Silverback is a Great seller for mystery comics, love the comics!! I'm keeping them all for myself.
I belong to a number of FaceBook reseller and thirfter groups. A number of comments in the groups were to stay away from Liquidation.com electronic pallets.
I normally make my money back from liquidation.com. Like this pallet I made my money back plus.
If you didn't buy salvage you shouldn't have a hard time getting your money back
I was able to make some profit off this. I still have a few to go.
Just bought first and last Quicklotz box...filled my box with curling irons and hair dryers...how is THST electronics...too bad I would have ordered manny boxes.....RIP OFF
Sorry to hear that. I guess I lucked out.
😂😂😂thanks for heads up
Great video! Could you do a video on how you test the items?
That is a good idea.
How much money did u make back from selling everything?
So far I'm over $300 ahead and I still have not listed everything yet. I'm doing this as a hobby
How are the sales going for this lot?
Great made my money back and more. This was a good case.
@@coyotekey192 Do you mind if i ask a few more questions? When did you buy the case and how long did it take to sell everything? Did you double your money or about how much? Which selling platforms did you use? Thanks a lot
@@marklenington I got the pallet the same day I posted the video. I still have not listened everything yet. I sold them on ebay only so far. Some I will try to sell at a garage sale. Most of them that I listened already sold. Made over $200 in profit so far.
