If you hug a solid platform then it won't attack you. Something about the hit-box that does this.

I figured it out. When he says down on the left joy stick he means in the direction down not press down on it. So you start to run press down on the left joy stick to speed boost and once you boost just move the joy stick downward(don’t press) and the character turns pink. Then you can use B to explode in the direction you want. Thanks bro!

How is this possible ? The space is very small. It doesn't work.

When I attempted to solve this puzzle, I didn't have enhanced bombs so I had to break the two blocs separately. Then, I had to pull off the phasic movement (don't know how it's called in English) right after the two blocs without touching the ground to reappear right under the acceleration blocs. One mistake and I had to try again. I can't say how many times I stayed in ball and failed the phasic movement, or how many times I landed one inch before the acceleration bloc. It was so precise I was exhausted when I succeeded... Naturally I thoight this was the only way :)

Its easier if you charge your shinespark by starting your run to the left of the shutter door and it'll charge right before you hit the right wall. I did it with out the cross morph ball.

For Second Speed Booster, I did it from above the missile/tank upgrade rather than below. Just go to the ice room and run right from there, it gives you more seconds on the clock for an error. Thanks for the vid.

funny enough a good portion of my attempts was with no sound and when the music finally starts again its so forgettable unfortunately. it doesnt hold a candle to something like the exhumed arch bishop.

I think the easiest way is not to even activate shinespark. Just jump off the walls while boosting, like the second jump in this video. It just takes a bit of timing and boom, you’re there. No tricks needed.

Nah this is impossible. This is fake footage nobody did this. 😂 I'm about to snap. I mean it just won't let me. I don't understand this mechanic. I'm already pressing the b button to jump and a directionm I can never fo the move its so random I need someone to make a video breaking down exactly how you do this.
