KTM 300 VT Mtn Ride 09 07 2024 SD 480p

Riding up the mountain behind the family camp in Vermont. The bike is a 2021 KTM 300 XC-W TPI. Rear tire Mitas Terra Force (dbl strip) with tubliss running 7 psi. Front tire is Kenda Knarly with tubliss running 11-12 psi. The rider (me) is 59 yo in October 2024 with about 49 years of riding, I used to do some racing (mostly enduro, HS but did a litttle MX, trials, GNCC, Jday, US Sprint) worked my way up to be a slow A-rider in NETRA. I bought this 2024 Stark Varg from Motorbikes Plus in Portsmouth NH. The bike is quiet, the neighbors don't even know that I am riding. Guilt free. Riding a 2024 Stark Varg in North Berwick Maine. This is mostly set at 45 hp, but goes up to 80 hp. The suspension is very good, but take about 2 - 4 hours to break in. I am getting about 3 hours out of the battery, rolling terrain. The bike is excellent, the only negatives is the tire tubes only last about 5 hours. Last bit of riding I did this year on the land and making trails before open heart surgery. It was tough because I had just broken some ribs 5 weeks earlier and they were still hurting, but I had to try out the new trails.
