I dont really get your question but I'll try to answer. The engine this car has is a 4A-GE, 1.6L, NA, Inline 4 tjhat was desinged to rev pretty high. The guy in the video is using it properly (reving the hell out of it) because it has the most of its power up top in the high revs zone.
