Manzanita Jr is the son of Berardo “Manzanita” Hernandez who was a legendary figure in the Peruvian music scene of the late 1960s. For a special UK summer tour, Manzanita Jr is uniting with Scottish-based band Los Chichanos which features some of the UK’s top Latin musicians.
This is a short clip from the beginning of the gig.

In mid-February a section of chalk cliff collapsed at Hawks Brow or Splash Point, near Seaford in Sussex. This video looks at the sea front in Seaford, including the area of damaged cliff. Would love to see the (oldest) south end of town - Torridge Hill/Meddon street!
Good suggestion - it's an interesting if less well known part of town. Perhaps the next time I get down there!
@@howardstanbury Thanks; it would also be very interesting to see from the air if any clue as to Bideford Zoo's outline remains, or the old gas works roughly opposite across the Torridge.
The nearest I have of the gasworks is this still, flic.kr/p/2poJzXg, of East-the-Water. The site is at the back of the photo, probably where the large blue building is. Another time maybe (I live 200 miles away). I remember the gasometers as a kid, and I remember there being a zoo, though I never went.
