Thank you so much!! You are an excellent teacher. What a wonderful technique. I think that too many techniques have become lost to time. This is a lifesaver
Mary was a cool lady!
so clever, thank you
I love this woman! She was our neighbor for 12 years. My husband and I got to learn many things from her and her husband. I'm just here to hear her voice again 😊
This is amazing! Thank you so much for this video! A fiend introduced me to cro-knit the other day, and I ordered hooks without considering their size. I thought I'd never be able to create anything with those short hooks -- until I found your video.
God bless you for sharing this technique with us..... ❤
Such great instruction ! So appreciate you’re showing this!!!!! Thank you‼️
I think I remember her on PBS when I was a kid. But I could be very mistaken
Wish I’d heard of this sooner. Thanks for sharing this.
This is the same as Tunisian. Picking up all stitches and using a different color to come back
This technique is a life saver. I have a shorter hook and want to make a wide afghan. Thank you so much!
Wonderful, thanks Mary!!
I'm so thrilled to come across this video. Thanks for sharing such brilliant idea and technique!
I bought her dvd's back in 2012 and she got me started with crocheting this way. It was a gateway video to Tunisian crochet :) Very lovely lady.
Very informative, I love your video! Excellent voice you have too!
Wow. So you could actually use a 10 inch hook as well. This is wonderful! Thank you so much.
I looked at this before, but I didn't get it. However, after trying to do this technique without doing it your way, I got frustrated, because trying to hold on to the hook and release the yarn from the hook was very awkward. Your way is much better once learned. We use two skeins at a time and for the first time I understand the use of a hook on each end of the needle. Thank you dear lady, wherever you are. God bless you. 💖💖💖
I always wondered how you could do a large blanket when you can only put so many loops on a too short crohook. I thought you’d have to do large panels and then sew them all together. Lol makes more sense now. Thanks!!
I never knew this was possible! Thank you so much for showing this very easy-to-follow tutorial on this technique.
I'm so happy to have found this video. I was interested in purchasing the Crocheknit and trying it. I know how to crochet and knit. Thank you for teaching how to use the Crocheknit in this video. A treasure! 😊💕🌺
Can you tell me where she got her hooks and what kind they are
Is there anywhere to get these hooks today? 🤔
جميلة جدا ولم ارى هذه الطريقةفي اي فيديو 👍
I have two original crochenit hooks, very easy technique!
Brilliant! thanks so much for showing us how to do this its awesome x
The genius of simplicity . Never thought to try that trick , but i love it .
thank you i only have small double hooks good to know i can make large thing
I just found your channel and subscribed. I didn't know how to do this, so thank you very much for the tutorial! I have seen the double-ended hooks but didn't know what they were used for. Now I'm going to purchase a hook and practice. I bet it makes a nice thick fabric that's nice and warm, huh! Thank you!
I love your tutorial!!!! Thank you so much!!!
I have never seen this before. One more thing to put on my list of things to learn. Thank you Ms. Mary.
Thank you for this video. I want to make a bedspread and you have shown me how to do this.
This is the neatest technique that I found on her website a few years ago. I use it all of the time to make neat reversible baby afghans using a 14" double-ended crochet hook.
I love Crochenit! I leaned from Mary when I was a child/teenager and I still enjoy it. I wish there were more videos!
This lady is adorable, sharp as a tack and has a great teaching style.
Love the embroidered cloth, reminds me of Home 😇
Thank you very much for this tutorial! It is great!
Steta sto je snimak los-Too bad the bad footage (for those who do not understand English well)
Wonderful tutorial....😊😊
Trying following visually... Watch the tutorial 2 to 3 times, before attempting to crochet the stitch. She does is slowly enough that everyone can follow it with her. Good luck!
Thank-you so much!! This is so much easier than doing a huge long stretch om one hook. ☺
this is very KOOL ... and the hooks that the instructor is using "double ended tunisian hook" can be found online ... just google it and you will be directed to the link online
Beautiful Thanks for sharing
awww sooo sweet...thanks for the lesson...😁
Thank you so much, I like the way you teach that, simple and easy. Thank you!
wonderful, I have been looking for this exact information. Thank You!
I need to see how to attach the panels once they are finished. Teaching myself and having a difficult time figuring that out could use a video to show me. Thanks
Hi, you can whip stich them together with a long tail left over from your project . It's pretty simple and gives a nice finish to your work . ( put the 2 panels next to eachother on a table or any flat surface, make sure the stiches are all aligned , then take the theaded needle and sow in each stich on each panel . ) Hope that makes some sense lol . Have a great day !
how to make a Plàt.
great technique.
Does anyone know how the afghan in the background was created? Is it a corn or fluffy stitch?
thank you I enjoyed this.
Thank you very much for this tutorial! It is great! 😘
