The worse part is when you wear the pack and notice it feels terrible. He shows how the suspension system and hip belts are not stiff. These knock offs hurt the company that originally engineered them to ride excellent on your back. They male the company look bad. I tried a Gregory optic 48 in a store 3 times with different weights and it felt excellent. After buying it off amazon it hurt bad and the hip belt and frame was designed in a way that hurt me. Am the weight sat on my lower backbone. Not around my whole waste like at the store.
Never buy something like this from Amazon. Amazon is known to be flooded with counterfiet items and get away with it. Amazon doesn't care. I bought a counterfiet Gregory Optic 48 Backpack from Amazon. They just gave me my full money back and that's after complaining 2 years later after 2i bought it. I doubt they go after the counterfieters. When buying Osprey backpacks go to their website and find the business that they state are official sellers of their products. Or just buy it directly from the Osprey website.

There is the different quality especially on the Anti Gravity support area. Other then that is almost similar. But most of the time still paying a high price for this. From what I know, you just need to pay extra another 20% - 30% you can get the original and lifetime warranty. =)

I've seen authentic osprey atmos ag 65 with black and grey buckles. You can't solely rely on these information.
