Instead of microwaving , I just added a splash of boiling water to the honey then added the powder . That worked.

Thank you! I've been trying to mix it in my hot tea. Now I know to mix it in honey first. I would heat the honey over a bowl of warm water over using the microwave.

I dislike honey, so have been experimenting with other things. Jam works best. Mixes in easily, doesn’t change the consistency, just spread it on your toast.

i have used psyllium fiber for same purpose for years, but recently it has started to irritate my bowels. I am going to try pectin instead. I just got the liquid gel kind from Walmart. I am not sure about the best way to mix it or dosage yet. Any advice?

Use a little olive oil, no warming needed, works just as well, no sugar!

Everything material is a projection of the self sustaining torus including our bodies and self identity.
