I really like the short video. I like how you broke it down for people and you had a visual aid in which we can see also as we're following along with you. I definitely need to do this because I have some affirmations that I need to do for them in order to make sure they come true.

Wow terrific and exactly what I needed to watch and see, and I wish there was so many more people out there that were making videos like this cuz there's so many people like us out there but need to see these types of videos and know what's going on with themselves!! There's so many things I got out of this video and I am so glad that I was able to watch this and somebody sent me to this site. Especially about the hummingbirds in the shadow men exactly what I've been seeing lately and also boxes and everything else I got so much information that I knew a lot of it but yet to know that it's other people like me and get it and it just needed a refresher course what's going on with my body and everything else

I've seen this video before and I wanted to watch what a terrific video in which a lot of people can get a lot of things. There was so much information and basic things but I learned a lot of things that I did know that I wish that a lot of people would watch these videos they would have a lot to learn in your series. I love it and I'm glad I watched it again!!!!!

I wanted to hit the like button which I did three times but it would not take it and I thought you might need to know that. I found the lady very interesting and my mind is sort of disemboggled when it comes to my thoughts and putting them here. To me guy as a living thing like she said and we're all connected which is true. Two when I am giving offerings to the Earth and this is just a suggestion for those people because like she said we don't want to pollute the Earth I mostly use oats, bird seed, and cornmeal is my main ones. Also when she was talking about the sparrow sparrows I do believe for the starlings I think she caught it and I did link it together with the bundle and I thought of the Canadian geese. The Canadian geese fly 🕊️ in the shape of a V. The goose that is in the front has the hardest job because it is the one that has to go against the wind and etc where the ones are spread out the one at the end has it the easiest because of the way they take the impact of the wind away from the others and they switch off. Also, how when which I find is so endearing they pick a mate for life and if the mate dies for whatever reason the mates that is still alive soon dies basically in my opinion of course would be a heartbreak. But they as a group the Canadian geese are a bundle as she talks that is what I thought. I also thought which is weirdly strange but not that I have been thinking of planting bamboo but it is a plant that is very hard to control because it grows so fast and so many of them but I take it that this was a sign for me to do it. She had some very interesting facts and beliefs in which I truly believe in and that we are all connected and that guy is a living thing as you might well putting it in that we are all connected and that we have to watch how we treat each other in each other I mean not just humans. And if those that eat meat like myself, when we eat the meat we should give thanks to the animal which I do and that whatever is eaten we are also putting that substance into our body. The same thing could be said about what we are, how can I put this g-rated, when we are intimate with each other we also are taking the intimacy of the other partners that the partner that we are with has had before us. Everyone should meditate and give thanks to the Earth in their own way that they feel comfortable at. I love to sit and lean it on a tree and feel the energy and the love and our connection and whatever the weather is the Sun the wind the clouds the grass the water whatever is near and the smells and absorb them all using all six senses and feel them and take them in. Furthermore should we look out for our Spirit guides. We all have certain Spirit guides that we are attuned to that we say are ours, but anything could be a spirit guide to us at a certain time for paying attention and just trying to tell us something what to make is aware of something, and even could be giving us a warning for the exact opposite if we're paying attention. She had lots of say and I like how she use the bundles and example. I found it to be the same basically as what the Japanese believe in their story about the bundle. I'm sure all of your readers are listeners have heard of it that when there's a bundle that is a lot stronger than if it's just one and you cannot break it it is a lot stronger when we bundle together and I'm not just talking about fun playing with other humans which we should always do but also other things plants animals anything that's on this plane of existence. I really like the video and the lady and like I said I tried to give you a like I tried 3 to 5 times and it would not let me and I thought you might want to know that. I really did like this and I would give it a five out of five.

I am so looking forward to watching this series and all of the different topics that will be on it. I have found that Miss O'Connor interviews so well and is so well-rounded and knowledgeable and all the areas that she speaks of and is also top notch when it comes to interviewing along with practicing what she preaches. So many people that do interviews do not have any conception or idea of the materials that they are interviewing the people on. This is not the case with Miss O'Connor I look forward to each one of her videos and can't wait to watch them. If I had to rate her on a five star scale she would be 5 out of five.

I totally enjoyed this video and it was a great refresher for me. I studied this from a renowned author from India many years ago and found it totally fascinating. He also used the colored bottles as he diagnosed people along with health issues and that determined the colored water bottles for that person. Also, he would put the glass colored bottles of water out into the sunlight an stressed how that was an intrical step for the frequency, energetic level in the water that was in the colored bottle in order to help heal the person emotionally, mentally, and physically. Furthermore, the reason for all 3 areas is as they all stressed here everything is connected and shamanistic/holistic level or the 4th level preconceived of raising the whole body to get the heart's gateway and so on. These experts are right on on what they talked about and some things they taught and spoke about I never considered until now. A side note I always put my virgin olive oils that I add herbs also in into colored bottles. The Dollar Tree is one place you can order different colored glass bottles to put your olive oil with herbs mixed in. Along with salad dressing oils, cooking wines, and the list goes on and it won't break you. In fact, some of their bottles you can order and pick up at the store is the same bottles I paid a lot for at different stores like TJ Maxx. Also, I do the same with my own coconut oils and massage oils. I am really excited about these experts and hope that she has them on again. They know their stuff and teach it very well for any novice can grasp. Another great video!
