Cool getting down the world boss. I might try it also, I am doing the Coldharbour too. But my hero is a crafter with a lot of bad decision regarding skill points use. And a tankish melee fighter. I wonder if I can stay up close and survive.
Tanks are built to stay close and taunt, so the boss keeps it's attention on the tank while DPS builds do the damage from a distance. So in theory, you should be able to stay close, but the damage you deal may take a little longer. Just study your skills and figure out a good rotation. I tried a 2nd world boss in yesterdays video (I cut it out) but wasn't strong enough to defeat it. After watching it I may have just been rotating my skill incorrectly so I may try again. As for crafting, typically people build 1 master crafter so that's the focus very early on. If you're wanting this toon to be a true tank, I would respec your skills and save the crafting for last. Combination of templar's spear abilities and fire staff looks very good for the eye. I am tempted to make me a templar magicka toon :D
It sure does. I'm loving how quick they work together at such an early stage. Since this video though I've switched to a lighting staff. I just love the heavy attack with lighting over anything else. Of course I won't work on the final build until I hit level 50 so it's subject to change again. I think in today's video I hit level 26 or 27 so I've got some time to figure it out. What do you mean a mistake by choosing Covenant? It's the best way to go Yeah, the start of the ESO is the worst part of the game, there is simply way too much things the game just throw at you at the start. It took me several tries to get into it. And now I am nearing to the end of my first sub-year and I am having a blast. The original start in Wailing Prison (improved they say) will be again the standard start of the game. No more tower, no more googling to find out how to start the OG campaign, no nothing. Just boom, yer dead and in 'hell'. Go have fun :D
It was only a mistake in the sense that I THOUGHT I chose EP lol. That's why I went to Davon's Watch to start the quest instead of heading to Daggerfall right away.
