    Nice idea. I'll have to make one. Use the top hole on my grinder to attach it to my workbench and that would end up making an excellent tubing cutter.

    You have not got the slightest Idea of welding theory, There is a reason why the welder is 70 Volts DC, See if you can tell me why? (i am a qualified electrician and a vehicle mechanic (i have my certificates to hand if you want to see them)) so what is the reason? also why is it DC and not AC??

      @@mumpuniproject Yup Problem is as a DIYer I use cheaper machines and if you set it to 60 or 75 Amps you’re not actually getting that So i calibrate them with a clamp meter and the results are much better…..

  • @BrownCreature
    @BrownCreature Рік тому

    I mean this isn't properly welding with different amperes It was more about how do different amps play out with similar travel speeds...

  • @zhivkonenov6702
    @zhivkonenov6702 Рік тому

    Maybe explain what the differences are in the finished weld. To me it looks like the 60 Amp one is fine, but what are the problems with the higher ones?

    • @mumpuniproject
      @mumpuniproject Рік тому

      That's right, my friend agrees. for 2mm welding wire it is better at 60 amperes. and more than that the wire gets hot especially 100 amperes
