So, I have a funny story with this one. I asked which of 3 characters I should do a guess the character to fellow youtuber and friend @Thevs1390 and he said "The hot anime girl". Also, a bonus scrapped hint: this character invented the term "Professional Yapper". I scrapped it for the last name hint because I knew not a lot of people Knew her last name, so I decided to give people information as a bonus/Reward.
If I had a nickel for every time luigi wore a dress, I'd have 3 nickels. Which isn't much, but is really weird it happened twice.
