Where to spend the money in a Bass amp.
It’s a very gainy amp. The push pull is for mids.
Hola , Aun tienes el cable? Que tal salio en calidad?
shattered box
just FYI.. I've had buzzing like that in Audio.. i never thought but have since discovered power supplies if they are cheap and not isolated power supplies make that buzzing sound
Yeah, there's a buzz in the PA speaker.I have since used a power conditioner and gotten rid of it.I'm probably gonna do another video Using this device Using the power conditioner without the annoying buzz
Purchased in ‘88 and still going strong, man you got your $ worth out of that thing!
Yeah it's a nice very reliable little amp.
I picked up a Fender Pro JR. last year for $250...volume and tone knob only through a singe 10". 15 watts all tube. Great all around amp..
You want to sell it??
I don't think i do
I had the same issue using with a band. It sounded like an open circuit.
it was so bad for me I turned it off. but I feel if I took my time and worked with input level it could work .
@@Andrew850 I think the problem is when your running effects through the pedal boad and mixer it is causing multiple conflicts
I’ve had mine (Mexican version ) since around 1997ish…never had a problem with it. Turn treble to 10, bass at 0, and volume at 10…sounds really nice. Also takes pedals (TS9) really well….for the price I got it ($125), never need to trade this….the overdrive channel is weird, and loud…. best to turn gain all the way down and increase volume to 7-9, and adjust guitar volume- dynamic.
I will try that
My first Marshall that I bought new in 86 and eventually added a 2x12 1936 extension cabinet. I loved this amp and regret selling it but I moved up to stacks and regretfully sold it.
I don't I will ever sell mine
I failed to mention that this is a WONDERFUL, warm, thick sounding amplifier! I am blessed to own a '62, that is also wonderful!
Well said!
thanks! good job! appreciated!
Glad it helped!
I guess I need to set the record straight because there were some instructions on how to install this, but I felt they were somewhat lacking.
this has sold
Yes it has sold
I own one and love it! Covers lots of ground, plus a really good reverb. For sure, as others have said, the clean channel kicks butt all by itself. I find myself using it more and more, and just using the drive channel for certain songs. It may not be as "pure" as a 2204/JCM, but it covers more ground.
Este pedal es mas para guitarra acustico y karaoke .el VE 20 BOSS Te copia la vos sin instrumento ..
Late '63 or early '64. Has a combination of '63 cosmetics and '64 cosmetics, and sounds like a brownface amp.
Thank-you for your kindness and thoughtfulness in sharing. I do not have a P-Bass but I can appreciate your instructional.
You're very welcome!
I’ve got this exact amp. Thanks for the tips on a clean tone. I’ll have to try this. Cheers
I have the exactly same problem. No worth the money for sure!
All of these problems go away if you can keep your instrument in a room with the humidity around 46%. I recently just bought a humidifier, and it's working wonderfully for all of my instruments.
I have had my Peavey 410 Ultratube combo for YEARS. It has Blue Marvel 10" speakers and I absolutely LOVE it. I got it when I was 16 and ill never sell it.
I got one at a flee market cheap and sorry for my ignorance but what is the small Cord for.
Well if you see on the back there's many different Outlets. there's switched and unswitched And different delay times. The longer the delay the more the power conditioning. so they're basically separate circuits. The two different plugs are basically just the two different power sources for the two sides of the unit.
I dig the '70s radio there in the back round!
Actually that's a 1960s radio I got from my grandfather
horrible review
I'm always looking for the 2x12 version. I have a 1989 Marshall JCM800 4010 combo, it's bare bones, single channel. I actually was lucky enough to have Zakk Wylde sign mine back in 2007. My only complaint with mine was it came with a Celeston Wolverine speaker, which was a collaboration with Jensen and Celeston from what I found. However, the top end of that speaker will rip your head off lol. Use to give me headaches. So a few years ago I swapped in an Eminence DV-77 Mick Thompson speaker, absolutely amazing in this amp! I always run the volume around 3, so it's loud. I run a Radial JD7 Injector rack unit, it allows me to run the Marshall with my Carvin X-50B with 4x12 cab and a Peavey stereo chorus 2x12 combo and Peavey Bandit, both teal stripe series. 4 amps is loud, but the frequency spread and stereo sound is amazing, absolutely love it, and the Marshall definitely adds so much to the overall tone!
you are nt sane
tubeis are proble. play the haroica
Could you check your spell check? Can't understand a single thing you're saying here.
can use/ play with the keyboard??
Yes I imagine you could play a keyboard with it, As long as it can plug into the side of the pedal, you're alright
@@Andrew850 I am not a guitar player, so i am asking. ( on place of guitar can i use keyboard for vocal harmony support )
@subodhgodbole7266 yes you can
The pedal is matching intervals by using the guitar chordal pitch, which when used as an effect, it works great! It's hard nor to overuse it as well!@@subodhgodbole7266
I hope I understand you correctly but what I'm saying is the tone switch and the Reverb of this pedal is worth $200.
Hey do u still use this pedal
Well it does still work
You're wrong. They're not the exact same speaker. The EVH speaker has a smaller voice coil making it a tad brighter.
celestion.com/product/heritage-series-g12m/ The link above is the speaker that is very comparable if not exactly the same as the EVH speaker. When I was doing my research before I bought my Evh they were the same speaker and they're based on the 1960s design, which is the speaker that Eddie has used pretty much used his whole career. these speakers are incredibly hard to find right now and if you look at the specs of this speaker it's rated at 15 ohm and supposedly you can use it with a 8 ohm speaker cap. But the ones I was looking at the time was 8 ohm, and you can't even find them anymore.
I would also add, that if you actually do any research on Eddie's sound, he's using 2 celestion speakers and 2 JBL Speakers in his 4x4 cabinet. He gets all his high sparkly sound from those jbl,s.
Plug the guitar in u fool
Worst review ever
What was the original speaker that came with it from england
It was a long time ago when I blew that speaker, but I think it was a celestion G12L
I think I have the same one. I was using it with a Randall RD 5 and little amps like Hotone Heart attack, joyo zombie etc. Sounded good enough. Yesterday I plugged my Randall rg50t all tube and was blown away on all channels. That set up sounds and feels like a more modern way more expensive rig and it handles low end extremely well. mind blown. i never took marshall cabs seriously until now...
It's a great cabinet
Didn't he used to warm up with like fender combos. any idea what model
Who are you talking about
@@Andrew850 do you ever look at old pictures of evh warming up from like 84. You can clearly see he's using fenders but I can't tell the model. That's why I asked.
Nice demo but you have so much midrange up
Maan, both sounds awesome! Whiteface more fuzzy and compressed, RAT2 seems to me like a more mojo and better tone. So hard to decide which one is actually better
Personally I like the rat 2 better because it has the Motorola chip
I had the 4211 100W.Actually never needed to use the dirty channel. Pedals into the clean, turned up , sounded great.I had an OD2 , Dimension C and a DD2 delay.Nice to hear it again here.
Rock on!
can iuse this one in karaoke i dont play guitar
No, it needs instrument to establish the key
@@Andrew850 can you put mic instead, i dont play guitar.
I bought a player jazz and I think that I should've bought a Squier Classic Vibe instead. The fender was not worth the money...
Did you buy it brand new or used
@Andrew850 bought it new, but at a bargain price. But I still think that I should have bought a squier, a new set of pickups, and paid for a proper setup...
I returned my mim and bought a g&l…the player series basses necks are terrible…you could grate cheese with the fret ends…
For me if I can keep the neck straight I actually like how they play quite well it's just very annoying to have to make constant adjustments
It sounds good 👍 I'm thinking about getting one just so I can pretend I got a Les Paul.
They are getting better every year
Is it a noisy pedal? I am interested in buying one but atm concerned it might be noisy.
Actually it's not a noisy pedal at all.
It's out of tune. That's the problem with the harmonies. Your voice would sound better alone..nice guitar playing 😊
Yeah thanks
Me gustaria enespañol
Can we use battery to operate this device ?
no you can not
I do have 100 W JCM 800 super lead 4211 with 2x12 G12-70. What speakers will be good upgrade
I personally love my g12 celestion vintage 30 speaker. This is a speaker I bought from the Mesa Boogie website it is a specially designed speaker made in England
I own one too and it’s mint. It’s basically new old stock…used only a few times and then put away in its original packaging.
Well if you have P.A. and other band equipment you definitely should be using it.
Самый тупой обзор что я видел !!!!!!!!!!!
Sometimes I get lost trying to figure out how I can acquire a 50 watt JCM 800 combo without diminishing my morals, robbing anyone or performing homosexual activities.😂
