This KEYNOTE SPEECH focused on the "Responsible innovation in organisations - unpacking the effects of leader trustworthiness and organizational culture on employee creativity." It expounded on the need for organisations to respond to the call to commit towards environmental sustainability by engendering employee creativity as a strategy. The discussion also deepened insights into how leader trustworthiness influences employee creativity under diverse organisational cultures. Timely and meaningful findings, implications, limitations and future directions were provided.
