Thanks a lot sir ! Very informative and useful video
What I think is that children's development is possible first of all for those Who are like more disposed to develop and ready to go to another level and accept it when the teacher is asking them to do more than the others. The second type of students are prone to develop but then it is a hard process to get it started because if their beliefs and views about school, studying and life in general which is the result of where they liveand Who they live with. The third type is the one that I am more optimistic about because generally speaking they are just in need of a push to motivate them and get them interested in the subject
The idea of reinforcing students consistently and unpredictably implies that the teacher has to be attentive to what's changing in the classroom and what kind of behaviors and efforts we appreciate and would like to see again
As teachers, we have got to be aware of every word we say and every move we make because that produces certain behaviors on the part of the students and stimulate them either in ways that we approve or in ways that we disapprove
Observation and what it implies in terms of the outcomes that it brings around. Teachers shapes thoses changes and model them by giving that example that serves as a basis to learn what needs to be learnt
Constructivism is one of my favourite theories that I always refer to convince anyone that to get better at something u need to start building it first and keep modifying it
Interaction is a main factor in the development of mental cognitive skills
Sorry sir,it means to be a teacher ,one shall take double degree on special subject+psychology education?
