Good song but this Ai has not mastered mixing and mastering, I am sure there are other applications that can do a better job using AI though
other AI options do an horrible job at even making a listenable song, this is the best one i know of.This AI Its a great foundation to make an actually human mastered song in a daw
Mastering is a post-processing of audio, which this AI doesn't really have any way of doing

AI mixing and mastering is very possible tho. I kinda do both deep learning and mixing mastering audio, you'd just ideally want to have the trackouts for whatever song you wanted to pass to a model (at least off the top of my head this sounds ideal). Determine how you'd describe the notion of "good" and "bad" mixes, determine the best architecture, get data, pass it to the model, train it. BOOM! Yeah now that i thought about it for another 5 mins this is actually a lot more complicated than i thought initially. I kinda glossed over the model architecture bit, but thats actually really important if you wanted to mix trackouts, since you'd be passing a variable amount of unique sequences into the network, especially dealing with music that can have very high transients, i suspect you'd deal with issues propagating gradients if you go for a standard RNN. Maybe adapt a transformer or smth.

@@charliegabs it's scary because AI is getting too good at replicating human creations, at some point we might not be able to tell what's real and what's AI generated. I agree that it's an amazing tool if used correctly but it comes as a double edged sword, and some people are already falling victims to the poor use of this technology
