There should be an option to add totals in Pivot tables. To be exact, in your example, if i had sum of sales for the month, I'd like to know the total sales for the month for Beef gyoza and other items as a total on the right. OR I might want a total of sales for the first date of the month for all items, ie, a total column at the bottom.

What! I should have watched this before making my own video. I just published my own analysis of Vsauce's words.
