    I don't have a wood slice, so I'm going to take two wood circles and put the tumbling tower blocks in between sticking out and then out the next layer of blocks. I hope I can explain to you how to make a bow maker . Take a piece of wood that is about four or so inches wide and the length is up to you. The thickness you want at least a inch or more . You will get a wooden dowel that is about the size of a pencil and cut it to about six inches.So now you drill two holes in the wood , one above the other, on the width of the board. The size of your dowel , drill down a quarter of a inch , just enough to add wood glue and put the dowels in and let them dry standing up. You can write on your board marks like a ruler so you can measure the loop sizes. I hope you understand.

    I've never worked with the big blocks. I'm wanting to purchase some just to have on hand in my stash. Now this is a GREAT DECORATION PIECE. Again thank you for a wonderful piece to decorate. I'm going to decorate this for all the holidays you mentioned but if I get it done in time, I'm going to decorate it like a birthday cake. My son is turning twenty -four and I decorate a tier tray for his birthday. I like the white

    Hi Janny, I use the big blocks a lot n I like that they are the same size. Only once in a while one is a different size. I’m sad 😢tho because five below doesn’t have the blocks now.     I love this so much! I do the endings of my rope like that too! Its so aggravating when you cut it and it unravels! I like for the rope to have a clean edge! I too have trouble cutting the thicker rope as i have really crooked fingers with big knots on them from osteoporosis. I know your struggles with it. ❤

    Hey Janny....OMG the block struggle is so real. My husband said they don't use high quality wood so each piece is not the exact same so when it's cut (even by computers) the imperfections show. I always do a dry run before glueing to make sure I have good fits. Anyhow I really loved this project. Your Christmas tree on the sign was extremely rustic. Perfect for any Farmhouse decor.     Please help advice needed . Why do my tumbling blocks sometimes never go flat. They are always coming out with dips ridges. And bowed. I'm using the small blocks and wood glue. And a glass flat surface I have made quite a few projects and not 1 is as neat as yours.

      Hiii goodmorning dear Kazamaroo💛😃🖐️hope you have a wonderful tuesday so far😃👍 Totally understand you because we have the same problem even when it doesn't look that way😃😃Our blocks here are also crocket and not even, it is very handy when you glued it press the blocks extra down on your matt and than let it dry. Also you can do if it borders you a lot is when you diy is dryed and not painted do some sanding over it to make it smooth😃👍Hope this helps but know we have the same problem, we hope you have a lovely rest of your day together with your family 💛 Hugs from us

      @@DecoEasy thank you for replying. I sand them All. So much so its made one side go slightly bowed. I paint them too. I use a carpenters square to get straight lines but that doesn't always work as the other side then becomes odd . Its frustrat8ng me.
