If someone treat us badly by bad talking or being violent we will be emotional. Of course the solution is to denounce it to the police and going to court. Specially when everyone around knows it and cover it. Man and woman can be distorted. Honestly, woman and men have to be capable to be on her/his own.

I been celibate for years never been interested in anyone I remained single for over 20 years I had one person in my heart ❤️ since childhood my childhood best friend is the only one who my heart yearning and truly misses since we reconnected 15 years later since he came back into my life we are taking it slow as best friends and reuniting again getting to know each other again after so many years apart . I live in Arizona it is extremely hot here 118 is the high today July is hot and humid season the humidity makes it even more hot it difficult at times. Your videos have been so helpful to me on my journey thank you so much for your guidance. My long lost childhood best friend we were separated for 15 years he moved away in 7th grade he promised me he would find me again and he did 15 years later in 2023. As our connection began to grow I noticed how much i truly cherish and missed him for so many years. He is actor and Martial Artist now he very popular actor but he is the same person his path never changed him he is same ライアン Raian i grew up with. ライアン Raian is half Japanese and half white I first met him in kindergarten when he moved from Tokyo Japan to Arizona in 2003 we were extremely close since Kindergarten through 7th grade until he moved away in 2008 separated for 15 years many years passed but there wasn't a day that went by I didn't think about him . I saw him on TV series he looked familiar to me but I said to my self if can't be my childhood best friend Rai . In March of 2023 he messaged me on Instagram i couldn't believe it I cried so much full of joy and endless happiness at he same time . In January of 2024 I noticed i began to get white hairs I saw his Instagram posts he has the exact white hairs in the same places as on my head it is just crazy my Telepathic connection to him is extremely powerful and strong lately i can feel him telepathically even before he posts on Instagram or even his thoughts his stories on Instagram are directed at me in s telepathic way i only understand his inside stories. I feel his emotions and cry in silence missing him so much his comments and words touch my heart I cry sometimes. Anyways your videos have helped me understand my long childhood best friend he is my Divine Counterpart he was meant to return to me my family is so happy and say he is always family to us . I’ve come to realize that love isn’t just an emotion but more so an action. Love requires kindness, patience, nurturing, thoughtfulness and grace. Love is action oriented, love turns towards and not away. Love is effortful. As Humble the Poet says: Love is fuel not glue.

Ive quit drinking and its been 485 days. I am still battling with weed. I keep having this intense feeling that I am being called to quit but I keep convincing myself that I am unable to do life without some sort of escape. It drives me absolutely nuts that I have held onto this lie for so long that I can't fathom the truth... and the truth is, I dont need any substances. I want to feel myself but its like deep down I dont believe that. I have quit so many things and have gotten so far and have manifested the beginning of a whole new life and I know more is coming if I could just let this go. Its more than quitting weed. I dont want to be dependent on anything.

I also started smoking when I was 19. I just turned 29 at the beginning of this month and am trying to stop now. I'm no longer doing it because I enjoy it or get any benefits anymore. At this point in my life, I only do it because I'm dependant on it and all I'm doing is trying to run from the withdrawal symptoms. It sucks that I've become so reliant on it to do basic things like eat, sleep, do chores etc. I even rely on it to be able to enjoy recreational activities. It only seems to bring me stress at this point, about when I'm going to have my next smoking session, how I'm going to get my next fix when I'm about to run out of it etc. I'll find myself feeling deeply sad and wanting to bawl my eyes out, as well as become overcome with panic when I know my stash is going to run out. I even noticed recently that it's been exacerbating my anxiety and some of my adhd symptoms. I spent the last few years smoking especially heavily, almost every day, and didn't realize how dependant I was on it I until I tried to stop for the first time last summer. I've been attempting to quit and relapsing a bunch of times since then. I just recently started trying again. This is my second day without it. I'm just getting so tired of living with this stress and want to be free of these chains of addiction that's had a hold on me for many years. I hope I can truly succeed this time.

I’m in the DMV area. It’s 100 degrees here too. I had to learn this too, that love is not enough to carry a relationship. Your core values and everything else has to align. I’ve learned to not make decisions based on my emotions.
