@guestsha: when proluigi410 and others (see below) suggested resetting the RAM, they meant you will need to open the computer, and take out the old RAM and replace with a new RAM memory piece, once a functional RAM is placed in, you should be able to boot up yr computer and bring it back to normal working, unless there is another hardware (such as hard drive, graphics card, etc) non-functional or missing, Hope it helps...

Find out what model # is yr computer, then google search the spec(s) of yr computer model, apple set the requirement, e.g. DDR2, DDR3, SDRAM, it's not someone else 's recommendation, if you buy the wrong type of RAM memory, it will not fit and will not work, when you google, also look at the pictures of those DDR2 and DDR3, you will notice the bottom tooth are different, also, some RAM are made for laptops, others are made for computer desktop, the size are different too, ask seller(s) to confirm, ....Hope it helps

Hello Mandy, you may want to open the back panel, and check if the motor is ok or not, also check the fuse part, the fuse part may be the one which disconnected the power....hope it helps...thanks for stopping by...

Hello Maranda, can you open the back panel of the machine and see if there is any disconnection of plugs, one time it happened to me like that, not sure why but may be as the thing rotates while washing, somehow it hit something loosen already,...without able to see inside it is different for me to say for sure,....but from what you told me, it has power so electrical is not the problem.

Hi, thanks for your advice, actually I knew (in my other videos) about that part you were referring to, unfortunately it's another part(s) that I could not fix nor have the replacement part that I could replace,...the washer still works fine, just no spinner for me...thanks again...

@@msibanker after leaving this comment my spinner stopped working! so the spin cycle works, but the water will not go out, I have to set the machine to drain, and then turn on the spin cycle .. do you know what the problem could be? Thanks!

@@Melli6000 what you described, sounds like some small fabrics, hair and other small stuff clogged the water pipe, you will need to open the back cover, unscrew the water pipe & clean /remove the small stuff that clogged inside,....hope it helps,...

In your case, seems like it is related with the power/ electricity issue, either the contact part (copper metal piece) couldn't connect; or the fuse is ON; or the spinner motor has dead, ...Sorry can help much...

No, I exchanged several emails with Costway & they kept saying without the original order# they would not offer any service; while most of the cases are related with the switch (it's the contact part of the copper) , not in my case, no parts available nor the labor cost will be cheap,...the washer side is still function, so I keep using it until it's dead before I buy another one. Sorry can't help you much,...thx for the message...

msibanker im not saying thats a bad thing. Im just implying that that mac looks 15 years old or more, meaning that parts for a hardware problem are most likely going to be harder to find

@@msibanker no problem. RAM issues does very weird things on Macs. It can even corrupt the startusp Sound!

I did it, just unplug the power chord from your mac, eject the memory ram cards, plug your mac with the memory ram ejected, turn on your mac wait about 30 seconds, press the power button until your mac off, unplug the power chord from your mac again, insert the memory ram cards, press the power button for 10 secs unplugged, then plug the power chord and it has to work.. I hope you can fix this problem!

I just had the same issue happen to mine after I opened the section under monitor with the 2 green mother board things. When I put them back and tried to screw the air vent cover back on to try to reset or factory reboot it, that light started flashing and I have no idea what is wrong with it

in my case, turns out it was hard drive fatal error, i had to replace the hard drive, then re-install the windows + all drivers and all updates...brought back alive. Hope this gives you some insight....hope it helps
