They can do 8 different musical tunes as shown in the video, no regular honk.

I believe you can do the regular horn, it's just a matter of wiring. I have the same horn, just different brand. I had them honk at the same time, they sound pretty loud altogether.
I might get one of these as well as the ms-190
I might consider getting four of the ms-190 models since I already have the ms-290.
