Onions - 3 medium ( 2 for frying and 1 for grinding coarse)
Garlic Cloves - 6
Green Chilli - 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Cumin ( jeera) - 1 tsp
Asafoetida ( Hing ) - ¼ tsp
Tomato - 2 medium sized ( for puree)
Tomato - 1 medium ( cut lengthwise)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
