Fantastic talk Priya
Well explained the roles of H R Excellent
Very nice to see your fantastic talk, Priya! Keep shining
It was a nice podcast Priya & Aniruddha. Here're my key takeaways. - Startup culture, process, fast env etc - Even you're an an employee, treat your startup like yours - People need a reason to stay motivated - Sometimes ppl just want to went-out & bots are helping you - Take immediate actions than taking annual feedbacks - Finding which team or group is productive - Post covid action, people started taking appointments - Learn to say "No" to yourself & it's really good - I have to be kind to myself - Few things are deprecated & ups-killing is so important - Training vs Learning (Word matters a-lot) - It's great to start "Hello, How do you do?" before anything - If you're taking business directly, you might sound rude - Make friends with your In-Laws - HR started at home & it's everywhere HR is not just a designation, it's actually a part of everyone's life. Great #podcast Aniruddha & Priya. I', gonna applying few learnings into my own #startup. Keep up the good work 😃

Hey. Avoiding putting the time stamps because people start skipping the conversation. The idea is to let the conversation flow. I'm experimenting with no timestamp videos for a few days. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Awesome podcast.
Thank you!
A few of the points that left an impression on me: We can't avoid stress, but we can learn to deal with it. Preparing ourselves to handle it better is key. Taking breaks and focusing on what’s important can really help. Association is a very big part of Innovation. We should make time for the things we love. We might find a solution to our problem while doing that. To be an interesting person, it's important to take interest in things. I can especially relate to this point because my father gave me similar advice.
Glad to know this! Thank you for sharing this.
