If you have a 30' or 36' topdryer it's the only way to efficiently increase airflow to utilize the drying capacity. 2 - 15 hp fans will move more air and thus dry more efficiently than 1 - 30hp.

Customer did most stuff himself with corn so I didn't get much time on site. Had to make a few adjustments in flow gates to get grain to flow evenly but customer was very happy till all said and done

so #1 this isn't a culomn temp like any other company offers it is a multi point sensing that has sensors spaced from top to bottom of dryer. #2 when running on moisture in a vacuum cool dryer the corn leaves the drying chamber as long as 40 minutes before crossing moisture sensor so its like driving and making decisions on rearveiw mirror it works great as long as (aka no turns in road) incoming moisture and/or test weight doesn't change too much. When running with this setup incoming moisture can change 6% and its not a problem

I don't know for certain. At three years old they are still about as clear as the day they were installed so time will tell

Take grain temp up about 10 degrees higher than normal setpoint and you should have a decent blend that's nit too wet

Also to lower PDI number, with the high oleic beans we can replace all purchased protein on most farms and the other farms a very high percentage

It is between the liquid valve and vapor valve on burner. If temp would change a lot while burner is off and cause gas to expand between them valves It would blow off with that valve instead of breaking a pipe or valve

Part cost about $7,000 I would leave to dealer unless you understand controls or atleast understand the wiring on your dryer

@@lydellmartin9660 no problem with controls, I am a control troubleshooter for people elevators and escalators. I brought internet out to a friends dryer because he wanted to get it online. After we were all done we discovered that he had a Quadratouch classic and that we couldn’t get it online for remote monitoring. He is going to look into getting the upgrade. It probably won’t happen this harvest.
