I'm not sure how much of this video I can believe. It tries to convince us that infrared (fast) rays are bad and that ultraviolet (slow) rays are ok. Except that he says that terahertz frequencies at the ultraviolet and MICROWAVE end of the spectrum are okay. So then why can't infrared rays be good at the opposite end of the spectrum when skin temperature (body heat) has an INFRARED frequency? I'm not sure he knows what he's talking about.

I’m a former inmate of KMCI and WRC in Wisconsin. I can attest to a death I witnessed from neglect that was completely avoidable. I saw horrible physical and mental abuse that left me with PTSD and led to multiple suicide attempts after release. Prisoners are locked in filthy solitary confinement for petty of non-violent infractions. The constant screaming and noise is maddening and guards consistently employ violence when other means to resolution are clearly possible. All the solitary time for non-violent infractions left me a damaged mess and I have constant nightmares from the experience and diagnosed with PTSD from it. I was not corrected I was ruined forever. In January I will return to prison due to a mental health breakdown in which police in my town reacted to with violence. I would rather die than return but have no options. I was made crazy in a Wisconsin prison and then further criminalized by that system. If I f-ing die from neglect or abuse I hope someone finds this as evidence against the Wisconsin CRIMINAL justice system.
