So, let me get this right. Avery had his nephew help him "unalive" Terresa in his trailer. Then they took her to Avery's garage to "unalive" her (again?). Then they put her bloody body into her car to take her right next to Averys trailer to burn her body. Why not just take her from the trailer after they supposedly "unalived" her and striaght to the fire pit where no fatty yellow stain was found? She was literally, according to court records, "unalived" in two different locations. Makes zero sense. And her cell phone pinged off a tower 13 miles away after she left the Avery property. Headlights and taillights seen on avery's property the same night she went missing. Come on. This smells so heavily of a set up to save the county of 36 million dollar lawsuit. No doubt in my mind at all.

I watched the netflix doc on this case years ago and just finished watching the 20/20 episode about it. Averys trailer was searched 6 or 7 times prior to the two cops who happened to find the key to her car when they searched it. Funny because fassbender said it was found in a book shelf, but the picture of the key is obviously on the floor next to a pair of shoes. Those two cops were the arresting cops 20 years or so prior to averys false conviction for rape. And lets not forget there is 36 million dollars at stake. Also, the blood under the hood of Teresas car and on her dashboard right next to the ignition isnt reason for conviction. Avery is a mechanic, perhaps she had a check engine light on when she got to the property and asked him to check it out. That would explain the blood. However, the cut was on a finger on his left hand, who uses their left hand to turn on or off and ignition when everyone uses their right hand to do so? Doesnt make sense. Its not just 36 million dollars either. If the cops are found guilty of planting evidemce then every single case they were ever on in their entire career has to be combed thru again and will probably end up setting a lot more people free from prison. Not to mention the stain on the police department forever. Did mention 36 million dollars? Thats a lot to pay out. Her cell phone pinged off a tower 13 miles away later that day. Hmmm No blood in his garage, not a single drop, but a bullet fragment found after several other searches of the garage? Fassbender says avery could have used bleach or paint thinner to clean up the blood but look at the photo of the garage. Does that look like its been cleaned anytime in the past 20 years? Not to me it doesnt. The vial of averys blood in evidence was opened by an unknown person. Why? There is a hole in the vial cap. Later said to ha e had a nurse admit to putting the hole in it. Um, could she have been paid off to say that? Absolutley. Fassbender says the blood on the car and the blood in the vial didnt match for planted evidence because they put a preservative in the vial that wasnt found in the blood on the ignition. So i wonder what this preservative is? Does it evaporate when exposed to air? The fire pit didnt have the typical yellow fatty stain of a human having been in the fire, but there are bones. Also doesnt make much sense. The confession of the nephew was obviously cohersed. There is just way to much suspicion on all this evidence in my opinion. He should get a new trial. But lets not forget that 36 million dollars, possible planted evidence, tampered evidence, cohersed confession, and a police departments reputation on stake.
