So sorry that I missed this comment and WOW!! You'll be glad to know a few more games in and we've decided that I'll keep it. Yes, it's a high barrier to entry, but it's proving to be a filler hit at boardgame nights now!
A nature game! Like the idea and presentation. Sounds fun, whilst retaining an edge of challenge.
Honestly it's one of my absolute faves!!
Currently on copy 1! It is an amazing underrated game. I only did basic variant games because I am still teaching the rules to my friends and family. Can't wait to try the advanced version.

This game looks very similar to Celestia.
Not played Celestia in years!!! Similar in ways, yes, but without the cards and more emphasis on each player and their choices, rather than just the commander, thanks to the different astronaut types.
Hold On, Did You sai6 on 6 min 9 second (ish) that 399 EUR box is a Double Size Version of Core Box & All Expansions ?
The core box only, for now. According to the Titanforge Updates, they're looking into super sizing the expansions as well as an option but for now the Capital Pledge is JUST the core box.
I'm going to keep following this game, if you ever get the itch to ever play a round with friends Benzie, please don't wait lol (Also 1st! Woohoo!)

The board looks a bit dull lack of color or pop. Is that the camera that's doing that, or is it the paint on the product? Goodluck with your new channel.
Thank you!! The boards are very space themed so predominantly black. The planets and nebulae depicted are colourful but fairly muted so as not to interfere too much. The spaces for asteroid belts and structures are clearly defined, as are the Discovery Token markers. It's certainly not as garish and vibrant as, say, Twilight Imperium, but it's much clearer and more interesting than, say, the Resident Evil boardgame (if you're familiar with either of those). I personally feel that the art on the tiles is interesting without interfering too much. With the ships and tokens the board can very quickly get busy and colourful enough! Hope this helps! Yes, absolutely! Ships can attack across orbits, so small orbits can target medium or large, and vice versa.
