What is the best water to drink? This didn’t anything but scare me. Ozarka is what I was drinking but some of the waters taste different. I thought I was being safe until I watched your videos. I was shocked to see 75460 information. Cancer? Everything we put in out mouth is killing us. I’m trying to live a long life, so I question to you is what do you! Drink and give us some names of what’s safe without cancer

Acidic compared to what? Most drinks, sodas, fruit juices, etc. have a ph below 5. The human stomach has a ph of between 1 and 5, 1 when it is full and acid is released, 5 when it is empty and the contents, including the acid, have cleared. At least, this is what I have read. Your test seems to indicate a ph in the 5s. Saratoga's website claims a ph in the 6s. Poland Spring and Evian, just to choose two I happened to have seen, are each supposed to have a ph of 7.2. Any of these three bottled waters are perfectly safe for those of us with acid reflux or ulcerative conditions. The latter 2 might even be noticably beneficial. By the way, root beer is safer for us than ginger ale or most other sodas. Personally, I stear clear of carbonation. I don't need to give my stomach contents a leg up as it were. If I want something carbonated, I make sure to fizz most of the carbonation off before drinking.

The water sources for Ozarka spring water in Texas are legit springs. I used to have a water spring (near Ozarka's spring) on my property in East Texas and the water came to the surface pure and clean. The well water was also very pure and great tasting. My only concern is the alkalinity being low, maybe because of processing, who knows. I don't think Nestle owns Ozarka anymore, they sold it.
