This was really helpful. One tip for future videos though... maybe next time just do it at normal speed? Even at 0.5x, I had to constantly pause to keep up.

I've tried this setup for two times (with apogean blood moon card and with eminent blood moon) 6 spots of harpies every time - all i got is only 4 fable harpy meet mystic knife with charm of skinning ascentic hunt swamp does not work for me

Why use blood moon eminent instead of blood moon apogean?

If you put Oberon's bounty on your knife, you can skin them really fast. Cast it, charge it fully, and you'll get 6 clicks of skinning. Plus if you have harpies that die on top of one another or beside one another, you can skin multiple with one click.

for the very last one I don't have the wind tunnel to go up there, am I missing something?

Also had a bug occur where my quest log wouldn't update, saying only 3/4 and 2/4 collected when I had them all.... It also only showed Caleri had hers able to be turned in even with them 'missing', but I was still able to turn it in to Elouisa as well.

this quest was easy, i mean all in all didnt take me more then 30min or so for all steps except had to come to this video as i forgot the final clue.. :D

Long houses can be expanded significantly. they aren't useless. 😊

Getting Iron as Fast as possible should ALWAYS be a priority so that you can at the very least get Hides/Leather from Wolves for Winter. So yes, a Bloomery/Blacksmith, which opens up Carpentry should be a very high priority. (Hunters CAN NOT/Will NOT hunt wolves unless they have the Steadfast Perk - they will skin them however so feel free to send a Patrol out there and let the Hunters go after them to collect the goodies). Having a Shaman 24/7 is guaranteed heat during the winter so calling them Useless is hardly accurate as they will heal your villagers as well, not just you and also provide a Heat source during the cold. Nice tips. Informative but I think you missed out on some very critical Early tips that can make/break your enjoyment. Such as Jotun gathering/stockpiling (Since your Stone huts won't touch Jotun Blood and you can't summon more villagers without it.) Iron, as stated above. (An Iron Knife is essential for skinning out wolves for usable Pelts/Hides) As for the Longhouse - it has "Modules" like the Workshop, it's not just a bigger Cottage. It is very resources heavy though so absolutely a Late Game building, if at all. The added notes were a very nice touch though! I'm especially grateful that you included the recipes for the Meat Soup and Garlic Soup! That'll come in handy as I couldn't remember what I'd done to unlock them.

Thanks for these tips. I started a new game playing Aska this time not Ragnar And now, i'm managing and found agood location to hunt and forage foods. Closer to the mine as well. unlike before when I firstly started this game. I raged quit when the bear killed my 3 out of 2 npcs. And when I got 15 npcs most of them died of starvation during winter only 5 left. Because my location spawn point and where I made a base are too far from everything. haha! And subbed. You built a house on top of the mine. Would probably do the same and relocate my first game because my first game the mine was so far away from my base. Thanks mate. The accent is a gave away aussies. Cheers!

My Tips: Cooking huts and Farms needs tons of water, so build them beside wells. I recommend building a single warehouse (no expansions) next to cooking hut to store RAW foods, and setting permissions so only the cooks can take from it. I also build gathering and hunting huts close so it's all one "food district". Next game I will purposely crowd the cooking hut since it produces heat (put the other huts very close). Industrial huts cause unhappiness for homes, so try and keep them apart. Perhaps clump other buildings around heat-makers (Healing, Charcoal buildings).

Excellent video! omg, what a quest. I could never ever have done this just by following a written guide. ugh. -- Now, the only thing missing is help to get from the last egg location back to the big nest where we put the eggs. I have no idea how to do that.

This whole area was so hard because there were too many sub-quests at a time and you had to finish part before unlocking another part and it wasn't always clear what you were even supposed to be doing. Plus some people had straight up bugs! I'm almost done except for 2 of these notes and 3 of the treasures.
