Hi there, as the planning regulation are right now then its unlikely that you would get planning permission for an in the ground pool. Although with wooden decking and part sinking a surface pool in the ground you can get a really nice effect. you can buy good quality surface pools, not the kind you can get from the large super markets! best regards Denise

Well sea views are not there :) Or i-m not seeing them :O
there are good sea views, but they are not always clear due to hazy weather. The owners have indicated to us that they have a deposit on the sale, so we are no long able to view the house with clients. Should the property come back on the market for sale i will let you know.

What a most beautiful house!!!
the great thing about this house is that it is authentic. Many of the original features were kept during the renovation which took place about 20 years ago. A beautiful property. And unusual to have a swimming pool in the centre of an old white village in the mountains of Andalucia!
