    Would this cause the inner part of the spark plugs that goes to the cylinder to get covered with oil?

  • @christophermikrowelle7093
    @christophermikrowelle7093 10 місяців тому

    You should not install "no name" speedometers from China. Marulabs writes on its homepage which speedometers (computers) work without problems. These are all from Acewell and many others. Cheap imports from the Far East usually do not give the signal for speed, rpm and gear selection. You need a good knowledge of electronics to outwit the computer here. The Marulab box is not really designed for this.

      @@fastturbo418 sorry just seeing this, yes just to do a valve cover gasket, you do need to lock in the cams. I’ve done this job before. I had to replace 2 valve gasket covers on my V8 S5. Along with intake filter and also all 8 spark plugs were replaced. I ordered the valve cover gaskets through Oreilly's. • @christophermikrowelle7093
      @christophermikrowelle7093 10 місяців тому

      If you have a computer tested by Marulab, the connections are available both on the computer itself and on the Marulabs box. Each gear has its own input. With cheap self-imports from the Far East, you have to connect something in between to get a signal from the speed and the rpm that calculates itself. This is a considerable electronic effort. Neutral switches should also be available on cheap devices. The appropriate connection can be found on the Marulab box.
