I personally find that thinking about thinking too much is counterproductive. Find the things that you find the most terrifying and make a habit out of doing them. After a while you start to know what you already know in theory… which is even if the worst case scenarios happening in your head happened in real life, they wouldn’t mean much. Overtime you’ll become more comfortable taking up space and existing without feeling like you have to apologize for it.
