Happy New Year - first time watcher! It's so frustrating with the mobile phone drop outs, especially considering it's now 2025, we live in the digital age - I mean, it's cumbersome. We have just recently just moved to Mascot from Hurstville and I still seem to suffer from 'black spots' in certain parts of the CBD. I work from home 1 day a week, however, my work is flexible and I work autonomously. Our family moved for convenience as we all dislike traveling long distances to our work places, so now one work place is within a 10 minute walking distance and the other is a 20 minute trip via train and bus.

Finished on the 20th but not going back until the 13th….. 3 weeks off! Cats look awesome. I have to be in the office 5 days…… very occasionally I work from home but bosses don’t like it!! They have the more old fashioned thought that if you are not sitting at your desk you’re not working…….. 🙄

No one goes to the office at my job so no one cares if you are late or leave early cos literally no one is there

Hey Brandon, thank you for your video. I am currently exploring the drafter role to decide whether I should pursue a Diploma of Civil Construction Design for 2 years in Australia. I am 32 years old, female, and have no experience in CAD or engineering. As an international student without a working visa, do you think it would be easy to find a drafter job in Australia after completing the course? Also, could you let me know if this role typically requires working overtime, after hours, or on weekends? Is a hybrid/WFH work arrangement common in this field? Is this role suitable for a female? Thanks in advance for answering my queries :)
