The only Souls type game I have ever enjoyed & beat was Bloodborne. I usually can’t stand those types of games but something about Bloodborne kept bringing me back. It took me stopping and starting,quitting & going back to it over & over for years. I’d put it down for months if not years and then figure let me try it again. I really enjoyed the world in the game & as someone that grew up on Castlevania there was something about the setting of Bloodborne that intrigued me. I finally decided to actually commit to playing the way the game wants you to play and I found myself leveling up a lot more easily than before. I focused on leveling up the strength & vitality & would summon NPCs to help with boss fights. The one weapon,I think it’s an axe,the spin move you can do with it knocks enemies back & definitely helped me through the game. Finally beat it & it’s definitely not something I’d go back to often but I think it’s a great game.

I’ve never played any of the Halo games so I’d be interested in checking them out if they did a collection on PS5.

When i was younger i loved these fast paced games or button mashers i callem. As much as would like to play this my hands are a mess and just dont work like they supposed to. With thst said I'll try it because one of my girls eill want it. But i learned this with metal Gear rising. My hands just cant keep up to what my eyes and brain in a quick enough want them to do, and that just frustrates me and its no longer fun. Getting old sometimes aint all its cracked up to be. Sorry for lengthy comment.

This isn't as simple a fix as you think. If they take a major step back in graphical fidelity and scope, they will be lamblasted by the vocal minority. That will cause public perception to shift in a negative way, potentially scaring of investors. The AAA gaming industry is a bubble that must collapse in order to move forward. As it stands, it is simply unsustainable. That said the price of games is irrelevant because they will probably make roughly the same amount of money either way. GTA 6 is an exception that will probably sell well at any somewhat reasonable price point. I won't be buying it regardless of price though. On the other hand, I would pay $1000 for a copy of a true successor to DA:O.

Most $70 AAA titles arnt worth it to buy just because they jack the price up to $80-$100 doesnt mean the games will be better.I dont even buy $70 AAA titles as it so i wont be buying $100 games. Ill be on game pass for $20 a month gaming.

We are obviously gonna get Mario Kart 9 as a switch 2 launch title exclusive and I bet Metroid prime 4 will get a dual release on launch day as well. Those will initially be the big 2 when switch 2 likely comes out in September or October of 2025 . I’ll add Luigi’s mansion 4 as a switch 2 exclusive. So a big 3 along with a few other games 2026/2027 should see Open world Mario or Mario Odyssey 2 Ocarina of time remake as hinted New Smash Pikmin 5 New animal crossing New Kirby Splatoon 4 I really want Nintendo to go all out on a new castlevania Also I want them to go and make a new Punchout Final fantasy 6 remake in the style of octopath would be amazing as well

To heck with all those who want price hikes. I get it all. I still hate it. But how do they think they can go up just because GTA is a great game? Bring up the game standards and gameplay and then u can bring up the prices. This is sad imo. I couldn't agree more with you. Im so tired of games giving me crap because they go over board to what they think the fans want. If we cant afford the games we dont buy which is way more harmful to the industry if we as fans are only buying 8 to 10 titles a year instead of my usual 12 to 14. Great video.

God-damned, I never thought I'd actually meet the guy who is the reason people use to tell third-party devs to stay away from Nintendo. I like the third party exclusives. Xenoblade, Bayonetta, even the collabs like Dragalia Lost and Kid Icarus Uprising. That third parties have to work harder to shine on the same shelves as Mario and Zelda, and they know this, and they do it anyway, is what gets me interested in their games to begin with.

I play nintendo for nostalgia games not for super good graphics. The focus on graphics is what ruined console gaming for me. No games have good stories anymore all devs talk about is how realistic their games look during interviews and previews.

Not much different from the switch OLED, personally I don’t like the snap Together feature , seems like it would break easily with kids, my nephews broke all sliders as well because they never clicked the button to release, I don’t see the snap together to be any better, although seems cleaner, just as likely to break. Excited for a new Mario kart though !

I really like my switch but I truly don't see the need for an upgrade on the switch yet. I am honestly tired of trying to keep up with the manufacturers making consoles so quickly. Do we really need a new console every 5 to 7 years? Idk I would be happy with my switch as is and my PlayStation 5 to stay like this for at least 15 years. I just don't see the point when we can upgrade the system instead of buying new ones. Just a thought
