Albert King Tribute - Slow Blues Jam
Super Slow Blues! Me and my brother of blues @paulobianquini are coming in with an Albert King style jam track and a tribute to one of the absolute greats in blues. Albert King's tone, bend, phrases... just a true pioneer of modern blues. Some of his songs like "I'll play the blues for you" just sums up everything you could ever want in a blues tune! Love it :) big AK fan here :) did you know that Albert King played a right handed guitar, left handed? So he would flip a standard guitar upside down and play ) I can think of a few others who did/do this too, can you? I am pretty sure that is why he played a flying V :)
Just as a heads up, I am not imitating Albert King or playing in his style, I just have him in mind with these licks and playing style :) I am not on Albert's level, but I feel it like they all do!:) Allow me and @paulobianquini to Play The Blues For You!

This solo is played on my Epiphone Les Paul Custom which I have fitted with some Seymour Duncan pickups. They sound great :) I have this running through a low drive tube amp and roll off the volume on the neck pickup to try and easy off the drive a little. Albert's tone was quite different, and I was unsure how to get his, but this is my slow blues go to tone :)
