Since I've started Y13, freestyle's kind of played second fiddle to my uni applications. As my A levels approach, it'll only get worse. However, this video annihilates my old level so there's still hope. The question for me now (with mocks and exams) is whether I should even enter YACT again... Let's see 😁

NIce video man. It is hard to tell from this video but it looks like you have tight hamstrings? Like there's limited range of motion, it looks like lack of flexbility. If that's the case separate stretching sessions would help
