Hello Sir/Mam, 1 info? my spouse h4 EAD is going to expire… my h1b and my spouse h4 visa is not yet approved so far and as sidelines h1b, h4, h4 EAD is in progress… in this case my spouse is able to work after expiry date…? I don’t think she can work until h4 is approved but still want to double confirm. Any insight here?

I had a question on the start date flexibility- considering I am on OPT right now and would file for STEM OPT this year - say a case my H1B gets picked up do i have the ability to request my employer to push my H1B start date, lets say, June 2025 in case it gets picked this year? since you said a FISCAL year starts from Oct 1st so any date between Oct1st 2024 to sep 30th 2025, I would be able to choose from? and does the candidate have the ability to choose the start date?

I was relieved after I watched ur video. I've been having anxiety about this issue, as I have been chosen in the lottery and I am thinking of backing out, as I feel terrible, because before I signed up for this company, I threw my CV everywhere. And I remembered getting an email fr. a " recruiter" who said, he will enter my name in the lottery ( which I have no idea of ) without even an interview or a contract offer. And I got sleepless nights since I learned of multiple registrations from youtube.😢 Thank u so much for this helpful information.
