Before you all go beating on it or tossing it, just press a reset plug on the outlet. Mine stopped working which freaked me out because it was laundry day so I had nothing to wear lol. Read the “reset button” comments and now it’s working like new.
Thank you so much this was my problem. I was so close to pulling out my tools and opening it up. This saved me from going down a rabbit hole of trying to figure it whats wrong.
I know this is an old feed but mine stopped working today....both sides. After inspection, 😂 I looked over at the plug and realized the reset button on the wall plug. Phew I feel so lucky spending that much money on an item and it not working made me upset but it works now!!!!
We had the same problem: the pulsator didn't rotate. Trying to find out what is wrong I have opened the back panel and noticed that the belt was off. My wife put it back. Now everything works!
Mine does this too. Power is there because spin works. Belt is still on because in its wash cycle I can get it to move by hand but only for that split moment until it changes direction. Removed back panel and I can see the motor move slightly then it acts like it’s stuck. Similar to when a fan needs a helping hand to spin then no longer spins. Any fixes or know where to order a motor?
Mine does the same thing. I had it unplugged and everything and it started to smoke from the back I took the back off let it cool off for hours then plugged it in and I t wasn't working. The spin and drain still works. If I move it by hand it moves for a minute. I took it out back and smashed it. I am done with these machines.
Mine had the same issue and I got it to work again by adjusting the belt tension (Loosen bolts holding motor under the machine to adjust, then re-tighten). When tension is wrong, it can cause the belt to bind in the grooves of the pully. A worn belt could also cause this binding. Another reason for this to happen is the motor start capacitor failing. I'm going to do some research on mine because, though it is working now, it still seams weak when starting a different direction.

The paper that came with it has no phone number with it and it was gotten off amazon it was a gift given to me I have had it less then 3 months! Anyone have a number to call for problems or repair?

There seems to be a shortage or loose wire and disposal had same issue on connected outlet and is not working. Switched outlets and it's spinning fine now. Thanks!
This is happening with mine, but only the gentle cycle. The normal cycle works fine, but I'm afraid to wash delicates in normal. I might take the back apart and see whats going on

Well i had my washer for over a year now and from time to time it stops working....today was one of those days and i came across this video.....to be honest i did not have to replace anything but simply clean it! I opened it up and cleaned every part of it possible and now it works like the first day i got it!! Sure as hell pissed me off but at least it is working! Hope this helps and saves someone some $$
Hey everyone I fixed mine had the same issue washer didn't work but spin did the problem is the belt like the company said if u lay it down or take the side panel off which is two screws u will be able to see it to fix it u have to take the bottom off I was thinking about making the video my machine two washer nuts came off which cause the motor to wobble and made belt slip I temporarily fixed it to use it but have to pull it apart again for the permanent fix
@@barrynorris6346 took the bottom screws out took the spin motor off bottom case ounce u do u will be able to move case away and re aline belt its a lil hard to put the spinner back on buy it just a few screws too

I bought one today .it didn't work but I've just fixed it 👍. I tightened the screw on top of the spinner and used a different socket it works and cleans great .
Mine was doing the same thing until I found out the power strip I was using to plug it into was one of those energy saving Ember strip 8AV ones, so it wasn't getting any power until I plugged it into the two plugs that did finally send power to it. I was about to do a Hulk on this machine until I figured it out.
I don't understand how the power has anything to do with it when everything else is working , like the spin cycle and that needs power , I have changed my power cord and power strip it's not that.
@@cherishwilliams9742 - After the second use, mine stopped agitating on the washer side! The timer buzzes, but no movement. I HAVE a warrantee, but they said I will have to pay to have it shipped TO and FROM them for repair!! I priced that out at over $50 each way, so NOT even worth it! I'm so pissed!! My husband is gonna try and repair it for me. 😠
Mine was doing that, I just unplugged the outlet and re plugged it. It does that noise when it is unplugged you can try it for yourself/or no electricity.

Same problem! Problem solved! Eliminate the extension cord. Read the directions.

The belt s slip off that's what happened look at that back u will see in side that the belt has slipped off

If it stops working you gotta let it cool down then it starts working again

I bought one today .it didn't work but I've just fixed it 👍. I tightened the screw on top of the spinner and used a different socket it works and cleans great .
I bought mine from Walmart app used only once and stopped working really really really disappointed just wasted money !!

EPOXY PUTTY. Get the grey kind it's a small roll all grey on the outside and usually black on the inside. Look for the kind that's plastic compatible

No, the company advised me to change some belt...I just called amazon and refunded me the money I paid, washer went in the trash.
