    I see all these privacy laws as a challenge and a filter. A ton of terrible companies that were used to collecting a ton of necessary (and often unnecessary) data will get out of business. Great companies are already adapting to collecting only that which is necessary and working in a privacy-preserving way. They are going to be the winners of the next 30 years.

    It really feels weird to be labelled a "Sonos Power User" simply because I'm using the system for its original purpose --- to play locally hosted music throughout my house wirelessly. Granted, I've been a sonos customer since its initial launch in 2005, but my needs have not really changed during that time (even if my local library has grown). However, the company seems to have forgotten its original intent, and now is just chasing down unreachable financial goals at the expense of their customer experience and client goodwill. Added features (Sonos Radio, noise cancelling headphones, and a focus on streaming offer little to those of us who just want to have access to our music, even in an offline setting. Unfortuantely, it seems like that isn't viable from a corporate perspective because it doesn't offer a path to perpetual growth. Word on the wire is that they plan on sunsetting their Desktop app as well, which is currently the only dependable way local library listeners are able to actually control their music ---- we'll see if they make a better effort to explain why (not holding my breath).

    I'm a big fan of litmus testing too. At DoorDash, we also ran ops tests that were not scalable but could give us an indication of whether we could increase conversion. For example, when new drivers did a first order with DoorDash but got $0 in tipping, our ops team triggered a "top up" of X$ to some drivers, with an email & sms. We saw good lift, so the next step was to get that coded so it was programmatic. A lot like the approaches you covered

    It's almost like 70 % of the market in the usa can't afford a 60 thousand dollar car expense because of inflation natural and artificial and it almost like a good portion including myself see how the push towards EV cars has effectively made its mark in the Disability of the economy and the fact that in the long run studies estimated EVS would be worse for the environment due to all the drilling for cobalt and lithium not to mention the batteries arnt recycled so its just adding to the problem because nobody's choose to use any Forethought to say were just charging these things with natural gas just in a different way and then were gona dump these batteries in the dump where we know its bad for the Environment not to also mention my mom was hr for car sales she said the trade in rate from people trading back from EVS to combustion engines was embarrassing to the point she would never buy one just because on mass people seem to hate them after buying them

    Incredible value in this video. One challenge, at 14:05 Ethan mentioned that master class has high DA but wouldn’t rank for cameras because that’s not what they are topically known for. I don’t know when this was recorded but it seems that partnership and parasite goes against this theory. Forbes or miamiherald could rank for digital cameras next week if they wanted to and we see it happen. Curious if I just misunderstood his point there
