I have ADHD, I don’t have any song suggestions but I know from experience that riding truly helps. It forces me to focus, well it does me. I’m “normal” when I ride and listen to music. Normally calming music but I’m a lot older than you.
@@Robert-oz9fy riding is very peaceful and it’s way better with music! When I ride on the highway I like more upbeat songs, that’s my preference.
