What makes the medical food KetoCitra different from supplements? SBN's Director of Manufacturing and Product Development, Jacob Kingaard, explains the rigorous manufacturing processes and quality control procedures that KetoCitra undergoes. How are raw ingredients sourced and tested? Every batch of finished product is tested in independent 3rd party testing labs. KetoCitra is manufactured in the US in an FDA-registered facility, and warehoused and shipped under strict FDA food requirements.

No, God created man. Man was placed in a Garden and was vegetarian. Meat was introduced by the Lord when 'Adam' fell and sinned. The slaying of the lamb produced the blood that met God's righteousness. The blood atoned for 'mans' sin That's why Jesus Christ came, shed His blood in the Cross for the sins of the world

Oxalates aren't inherently toxic to humans, in fact the human bodies creates its own OXALATE. Oxalates are salts or esters of oxalic acid, a natural compound found in plants and produced by the human body during metabolism. Internally, oxalates are formed as byproducts when amino acids like glycine and hydroxyproline, as well as vitamin C, are metabolized, primarily in the liver. Similarly, plants produce oxalates as part of their metabolic processes involving compounds like vitamin C and glyoxylate. The body is exposed to oxalates through two main pathways: Dietary Intake: Foods naturally rich in oxalates (e.g., leafy greens, nuts, and many plants). Internal Production: Metabolism of certain compounds, such as amino acids from meat and vitamin C. For instance, meats like red meat, chicken, and turkey contain glycine, which the body metabolizes, contributing to oxalate production. Oxalates are not inherently harmful, as the body naturally produces and processes them. Problems occur when levels become excessive due to overconsumption or reduced ability to excrete them.

Consider-plants grown in alkaline oxidized soils will create more oxalic acid than available calcium to compensate for soil ph being so high and the soil being so oxidized. This is the vast majority of conventional grown food in tilled oxidized and depleted soils. If we provide the calcium source in an amino acid chelated form or reduced form such as gypsum and provide the correct microbiology to the soil and plant there will be greater levels of available calcium than oxalic acid and it will replenish the bodies stores. A properly grown plant will also have the facultative endophytes to break down oxalates internally in your gut and make them a non issue.

This is not following the science, this is ideology. I hear a lot of myths around animal protein that are being questioned at the very least. Meat protein is healthy and it's what we've mainly evolved on for million of years. Eat good quality meat, guess what, it has NO oxolates! Don't overeat protein but animal protein is obviously superior for human health over plant protein. But eat your plant defense chemicals if you want to..
